How to prevent injection pain

Morning guys. Bum feeling much better today. Think I pinned in wrong spot.

Good stuff. Make sure not to pin for 2 weeks in that area

Yeah pump, felt much better after a very hot bath. And def won't be pinning there again as I'm right handed and struggle to pin the left glute. Will go back to pinning the delts. Its just with delts I leave a little blood spek on my shirts and certain ppl at home would have a fit if they knw I'm pinning again. I inject at work.

Can some one help me my ass is getting better now but i can not pin it again right now. where do i pin now? :blush:

Shoulder is easy to inject and doesn't hurt.

any one here pin with 21g needles? how much of a difference is it from a 23g?

My pain is def linked to the Nomad Testoviron. Pinned my delt this morning and it already hurts. Have been pinning my delts for years. So that's two from two now. Vial also has no label although the safety seal etc was still intact. Contacted my sales rep mate where I got it from and he will follow up for me. Thing that makes me mad is that I was under the impression he got the stuff directly from the supplier but turns out he is the 2nd middleman!

Reasons I opted for the nomad can't be mentioned here as it would breach some forum rules. But def won't be doing that again and will have to sort my probs out to get pgw injectables again. Hate going undercover in my own house.

I use a 22G so a 21 shouldn't be a prob

bro . Nomaviron is kak sore. I made the mistake of using it as my 1st ever injection. That didnt last too long as the pain made me feverish and i could barely sit. That shit is loaded with benzyl alcohol which really irritates the fat. Man i suffered and will never use their gear again because of one bad experience

toss that shit out bro. It aint worth it. If you want that mix then use testoviron and mix 50 mg of prop with that. I kept believing that its virgin muscle and the next jab will be better but it doesnt get better

Ok...so I got hold of this dude who supplied the so called nomaviron. Threatened to smack him properly and found out the following:

The "unlabelled" nomaviron in actuall nomad test prop that was put into a nomaviron box. No wonder the inj sites hurt like shit. Pgw prop neva gave me any probs.

What makes me mad is that these ppl think we won't recognise the difference. Fucking scum I tell u. I'm having bad kidney probs and if that was tren I could have had big trouble. Yet I accept some responsibilty for shooting something I wasn't sure wat was. Tossing it coz I can't take this pain every second day.

Maybe this shouldn't be under this topic< but have you guys ever experienced, like a heavy twitching in the muscle, like sometime where you injected( like the ass) muscle or sometime just in you pec,, shoulder or bicep, even if you haven't injected there. Its like this cool, but funny feeling. Always wonder what causes this twitching.

And why does it do this.... Sometime someone will see my chest, or shoulder muscle just going ape shit and I have no idea why it does it. Just out of curiosity

Sometimes when you pin, the needle aggrovates a nerve fibre, that can cause muscle twitching in the injection site.

Took my firsy winny injection in my delt last night, and it hurts this morning (no visible bruises though). Is it OK to train through this pain?

Yes, it is very normal to get some pain from winny especially for the first few injections. Training may actually help massage the winny through the muscle and help absorption.

Doing arms later. I think I may struggle abit doing Lying Tricep extensions - not to mention shoulders tomorrow.

Let's hope I don't do more damage to the muscle by pushing too hard. :ohmy:

guys,,im on my first cycle of test enan and equi..i jab it in the ass..its thursday now and my jab from monday is stil painful..yesterday i jabbed the other cheek and its killing me??i use a 21g needle..any advice..am i doing it wrong pushing it in to slow..should i pin somewhere else??

You might be injecting on the wrong place... the right spot is high and to the outside of the but cheeck....
not right in the middle.
