As promised guys.
This is @95kg first thing morning.

Start weight middle August was 118kg at 35-40% Body Fat waist was 48
Now weight 95kg waist 36.
What would you guys say my body fat is at now?

Great progress! I'd also say around 25%. You've got quite a bit of muscle under the fat so you will burn it fast if you stay disciplined.

Still at it. Did a 15.6k fasted run this morning started late at like 07:30 it was okay but damn hot so I did not really focus on performance or time just to get it over and done with. I will give a weigh in again Saturday morning.

Rooibul, when you get your BF % to 10 or under you are going to be insane in terms of cardio! You'll be running for days with ease! :P Keep it up!

For interest sake, how long does it take you to run 10km and 15km on average?

Hi Psy.
10km takes me about 1hour 10-20min depending on time of day or temp I go running but my average lately on slow 10km runs is 70mins. The 15ks takes longer todays was 2hours but it was shit hot and I always do the first 5k from my house is a mother uphill. Fastest 15km was 1hour 45mins.
I can't wait to get my bf down there mate :angry:

Weight this morning up to 95kg again but since being home and off work between contracts I have been hitting the weights hard and heavy train 6 days a week when at home Monday Wednesday Friday weights fasted. Tuesday Thursday Saturday fasted 10/15k runs.
Monday was my 2nd weight workout so I think that is the reason for the weight gain. I look better in the mirror though top two abs show easily even without flexing and my v line is also standing out and visible

Hi Guys.
Just did this 3k run mostly a steep uphill.
That should give you a better Idea where I am at Psy.
My normal average speed is between 10-12km/h on my 10-15km runs.

I only did this run to get some cardio in as yesterday was a total body dumbbell workout and tomorrow is a fasted 15k run

I honestly do not think I would currently be able to compete with you with regards to running and such!
Maybe once I drop the dbol and if I some quite a bit of the water... However even then, running has never been my strong point! :P

I too would really love to do a Warrior Race but cycling is worrying me - I will see how it goes once I drop the dbol. I however will not do the Black Ops, perhaps the middle one if I am feeling good.

I got some Stevia Powder.
Have not used any and honestly have been fine without any sweeteners from the start. I just got it to try out making my own Klapper Ys...
