I checked again and note that Test Cyp has a half-life of 12 days, meaning there should be a waiting period of 36 days before starting PCT (as opposed to my previously planned 29 days).
Also, given that I have 25 days' supply of Winstrol and Proviron, it lines up quite nicely with the test half-life period if I start Winnie / Proviron 10 days after my last Test Cyp shot, as I will end 2 days before Clomid starts (aligning with the required 1.5 day waiting period after winnie to start Clomid).
Therefore, my reviewed bridge / PCT timing schedule is:
* Last Test Cyp - 27th September;
* Oral Winstrol and Proviron @ 40mg each ED split into two doses a day (morn/eve) starting 7th October (10 days after last test shot) for 25 days
* HCG continues every 4 days from now until I start clomid and then I cease it entirely
* Letrozole continues at 2 drops EOD until the day I start Clomid and then I cease entirely (no tapering).
*Clomid for 7 days from the 2 November on its own
* Nolvadex for 30 days from the 9th November on its own
Does this look better?

Yeah or you can just get your kit from the lab and bring it back the next day. I had no problems to get the test done.

Leave the HCG and use it after 7days on Clomid @ 50mg EVery Day.
HCG and Nolvadex Should be ran simultaineously until HCG is done then Nolva on its own total days on Nolva should be 30 days.
Refer to PCT 2 in the PCT section

Is it recommended to continue with HCG during pct if you have been taking it during cycle??Rooi Bul 86 wrote: Leave the HCG and use it after 7days on Clomid @ 50mg EVery Day.

In terms of HCG, I've been using HCG from 4 weeks into the cycle. I've had a lot of people who recommend this as opposed to using it during PCT. My question was just clarifying that I must STOP using HCG when I start clomid. I.e. no HCG during the PCT phase as I have been using it in cycle.
I've taken 2 days worth of Winnie and proviron. Should I stop it now and continue in just over a week so it lines up with PCT?

If it was me one week after the last winstrol I would start the clomid.

I'm not sure how I managed this but according to my schedule log, I should have another 3 shots of Test Cyp left, but last night when I prepped the syringe, there was 1.3ML left in the bottle so I just drew it all. I'm quite pedantic about measuring exactly 1ml each time I draw so I don't know how my calculations left me finishing the test earlier than expected. Be that as it may, I now just want to make sure I have the bridge covered correctly. Please correct me if I have anything wrong here.
Well done bru! sounds like you've had a cracker of a cycle!
Just regarding the above ^^ I have ALWAYS been short, I never ever get the full 10ml out. I think you don't realise how much you waste when you are ejecting the needle from the vile or releasing the air. then you also push the oil through the needle and lubricate the needle with the oil before you pin. Well I do anyway! Makes the pin just so much smoother if it's lubricated. i always buy an extra vile and use at least half of it every time. if i feel like it, i'll just up my dosage at the end of my cycle to finish it off. but i still have half a dozen half vile bottles in my cupboard.
All the best with your bridge Iron Kabra!! keep pushing hard bru!

Lobo, one more quick question mate. I pin HCG every 4 days. Would you recommend just doubling my dose each time I pin or adding in two extra pins at the same dosage. I.e. EOD @ 250 or every 4 days @ 500. Does the frequency make a difference?lobo wrote: That's correct you stop the hcg before pct. What you could also do is the last two or three weeks before pct is up the hcg to 1000/wk if you are going to have any left over.

In this case it would be better to start the Winstrol 7 days later. During the last days of your bridge your test levels could drop lower than what you expect because everybody responds differently to drugs, which means that you will not be anabolic anymore. An oral will ensure that you stay anabolic during this time of uncertainty.

So Pyro should I start on clomid then 2 days after winnie finishes, given that I've already started winstrol? This would mean that I'm not waiting the 36 days after my last Test Cyp shot. Which is the lesser of two evils in this case? Starting PCT sooner than 2 x half life of cypianate or risking a drastic drop in test during the 9 days of no anabolics before PCT? Or third option is stop taking winstrol and resume in 1.5 weeks.Pyroclasm wrote:

Noted. Will do that then. Just means I'll have a few extra winnies to play with next cycle.

I'm now in my bridge (winnie and proviron). I believe winnie can put strain on joints, and can definitely feel it. I want to know if it's better to cut the Winnie now and rather use it on my next cycle than waste it while I'm rehabing over the last few weeks of my bridge. Should I just run proviron until I PCT? My reason for thinking this is Winnie is quite harsh and I don't see the point in putting the strain on my body if I can't gym properly to reap the benefits.
I've had such a great cycle and am sad to end on this note, but lesson learned in terms of giving tendons etc time to keep up with strength gains.
What's your view?

Just wanted to give some closing remarks seeing as this log has come to an end, with me being a week into PCT now (Finish Clomid tomorrow and then onto a month of Nolva).
Man, this has been a great experience. Started at a lean 78kg and am well into PCT now at 88kg. My diet is really locked in at the moment and I’m aiming to stick with it. I obviously want to keep as much of the gains as possible until my second cycle begins (you didn’t think it would end at one did you? Nah, me neither
I absolutely loved the Tbol and Test Cyp combination. My strength and physique goals are very much linked and so always try follow a Power Bodybuilding type routine. The strength gains in particular were just awesome. I went from pushing 90kg dumbbell bench press to rocking out 140kg barbell bench for 8 reps on my best day. Squats and Deads soared as well. Size wise – well, I’ve had to buy new clothes.
The bridge I have to admit I didn’t enjoy – I’m not sure Winstrol agrees with me. I had severe acid reflux throughout, which was exponentially worse when in the gym, to the point of constantly feeling like I was going to throw up when training. Plus the injury to my arms but physio is helping there.
Overall, the only sides I experienced were the back pumps during Tbol, heartburn on Winstrol and slightly more oily skin on my face than normal.
Biggest learnings for me on this journey have been: Spend time knowing yourself. Your body, your emotions, your aspirations. Introducing exogenous hormones to improve recovery and performance only pays off in my view if you are sure of yourself, your goals, and what works for your body in terms of training and nutrition. Your whole “fitness house” needs to be in order before introducing AAS. The drugs are a small factor in much larger picture and a healthy and balanced state of mind is key to success in this sport. At least if you are looking for long term results and sustainable health.
Plans for next cycle: Don’t fix what aint broke! I have many years to complicate things if I so choose. For now I’m going to run the same cycle with minor alterations a couple of times to really fine tune it. My plan for cycle two is to opt for DBol instead of Tbol as a kicker, and then replace Winstrol with Tbol as my bridge. Will give myself December and January to recover and plan to kick off 01 February.
Finally – I really want to extend sincere thanks to everyone on this forum. In a world where success largely relies on protecting intellectual property, and specifically in an industry / sport which is driven by capitalist gain and commercialism, where the only way to get access to genuine information and / or help by those knowledgeable on the topic comes at a hefty price, I salute you guys that are so willing to give advice here on these forums. I quite simply don’t have the resources above the cost of nutrition, training and (now) gear, to enlist the services of a professional to give me guidance on this journey. I would have made a hell of a lot of mistakes before knowing what I do now, and I realize fully that this is due to your willingness to share, either based on your own mistakes, or the ones of the people you learned from. I know a lot of you guys have clients that are willing to pay for your insight, but I urge you to stay active here as well. Loads of people are going to go this route, whether they have the information or not – and you’re just making the world a safer place by keeping people in check.
Rant over.
Stay strong.
Iron Kobra.
