Yeah i split the dosage for shoulders. I was pinning 2 and half mil. But if u want u can pin 1ml per quad aswell. That way there will still be a week between ur injection sites.

It's still gonna be sore. But the pain isn't crippling plus normally only last a day or even less. I was pinning at night and the next morning when i got out of bed my quads were abit sore but halfway threw the day pain was already gone.

Just use a small gauge needle and pin very slowly.

Riding SV. Thinks its my last year though. Will still do races next year but more chill. I like this allround fitness thing more and find myself spending more time in gym. Cycling is excellent though to keep up the fitness

I agree about the allround fitness. I raced juniors and U23/elites for a few years but stopped competing about 2 years ago. Im getting back into it but only socially though and actually enjoying it this time around - felt like a job when I was racing haha!

Fakey, what did your final cycle look like?

Did you end up running T3?

How were your results?

Thanks

Final Cycle.

Week 1 - 10 Test Prop 150mg eod
Week 1 - 6 Npp 75mg eod
Week 1 - 6 Mast 75mg eod
Week 7 - 10 Winny @ 40mg eod
Also run proviron right threw cycle from start to finish @ 50mg ed

As for T3 no, only got it to combat prolactin gyno if i got any but didn't. Guess i can use it in future cutting cycle's.

Results were Good.

Final weight to date 79 - 80
BF 12 - 13%

Started Pct today, so will see how many gains i keep after im finished.

That's some good gaining in my opinion. 4 or 5 kg if im not mistaken. Not sure about ur bf before cycle. Im getting ready for my cycle now. Started letro today (very low dose which i will keep low during cycle). Starting coming monday, right after watching the muscle evolution grand prix sunday evening so the motivation for 1st pin should be high:laugh:

Well done bud, Sounds like you very happy with how things went.

Did you notice any visual differences after you dropped the NPP and mast and only ran the prop?

Thanks

@ Tippster - Not really but the firtst 6 weeks was when i made almost all my gains. After it was prop and winny only i think i packed on 1 more kilo and bf% dropped slightly but went up again in my last two weeks.

@ABC01 - Bud u will enjoy the cycle, just keep ur diet super clean and the results are amazing.

Hey guys & gal

Staring a short 6 weeker cutter this coming monday. Wanna shake of some unwanted christmas pounds and holiday treat.

I've also been battling with the flu the last 2 months ever since i finished my last cycle. So my gains from then drop and being sick and not eating properly and poor gymming hasn't beeen good for me either. Plus with all this i have been abit demotivated aswell which wasn't helping either. But im back feeling better and ready to get back to things.

i wanted to start a eq cycle beginning feb but decided against it and now will be doing this short cutter just to get things going again. Idea is to drop about 5 kg's of ugly fat and if lucky maybe add a kilo of lbm. I will be doing this with a carb cycling diet (from DJ) and the following goodies

Week 1 - 6 150mg prop eod
Week 1 - 6 40mg winstrol ed
Week 2 - 6 75mg proviron ed

Will be cycling between Heat and clen. Also taking betasleep to keep receptors fresh. So to speak.

:)

I have not read anything along those lines. However if it did, it would not be noticeable. The same is true with milk thistle, I doubt you can actually see the difference in gains.

However, would you prefer to add 0.1kg of extra muscle or would you prefer to actually have a liver? Not get hot flushes, not have cramping in your stomach / gas, not be lethargic all the time, not have dark urine, not have yellow tips on your fingers, etc.

Hey guys

I've been on winny now for roughly two weeks. There's this funny shooting pain i get in my hands when i breath in deep. I had the exact same thing in my last cycle. Im thinking winny is the culprit as its the common denominater.

Has any1 else exp this before?

Nothing I have ever experienced, however you might benefit from using Coenzyme Q10 and A and supplementing vitamin E and making sure you get enough Omega in during the day. Also if you experience difficulty with 'deep' breaths your might need to get your liver checked.

Started my kefei course this morning. Hope fully i'll be seeing some great changes in the next few months

Update on my current little cutter, my weight is dropping very slowly but im looking bigger and harder. I think im actually replacing fat with a little of muscle.
