My weight gain with up quite abit and strength started going up nicely too. The joint lubrication has also kicked in and that helps alot with shoulders. My agression in the gym is up and muscle endurance seems to be longer.

Only side so far is me skin is strarting with the odd pimple here and their.

So weight to date: 75kg

I decided on the masteron prop. Im sure at the end of the cycle your buddies that you have not seen the last 8 weeks will notice major differences. On cycle we (i) tend to do the mirror thing every morning so its difficult to notice good progress immediately

Keep it up and keep the updates coming

Morning guys

Two complaints or side's noticed.

1. Heartburn - Im getting insane heartburn which is effecting my sleep and training. But im pushing threw and living of rennies
2. The sweats - im sweating myself "pap nat" when sleeping. Mostly when sleeping and taking little power naps. Also while training but that's inevitable.

Other than that im still getting stronger by day.

Heartburn! Strangest thing. I have had the same on this cycle. Started about 1 month in and comes and goes. I googled it and it seems to be a common complaint. Rennies help a bit.

I also have nasty heartburn, but mine is from HEAT that I'm taking. I seem to always get it from thermogenic fatburners. Happens with Pedro-cut and hydroxycut as well.

Fakey, sounds like you making some nice gains on your cycle. I tend to always start noticing the biggest gains in the 3rd - 4th week which is something to look forward to. Are you still getting good joint lubrication from the NPP?

Fakey i got some letro with the rest of the goodies. Was planning on running it through the cycle. Its obviously for potential gyno but mainly to prevent water retention. Friend at gym this morning told me to rather keep it on hand and not run it through cycle as it will interfere with gains in a bigh way. Im planning on running universal animal cuts through the cycle as well and this should also shed some water too.

Now what do you think, run it through or keep on hand? Would it really interfere that much though?

Hey abc01

I don't like letro at all. I used it with my supertest cycle earlier this year and it made me sick, sore and made my gains drop. I was using it at high dosages tho cause i got overly paranoid with the gyno. I still have the gyno but not so bad, gonna get it chopped out to just wanna see how pumps results and price tag gets at the end.

It kills estrogen and u still need estrogen. The thing is u need to control the estrogen not annihilate it!

i would personally opt for anastrozole but sadly its abit on the expenses side. So rather keep it on hand and use it if u must.

Hey guys

My weight is at 77kg now. Looks like things are starting to slow down. Strength also only went up abit this week.

As for sides my skin looks like its starting to take a beating and gyno is starting to flair up.

Im considering to extend my cycle with about another two weeks, not sure what and how long but will get back with that one.

Fakey, what are you going to do about the gyno? Have you got letro, nolva or a-dex on hand? Will you discontinue use if it gets to bad?

I've got letro and armidex, considering running armidex from today just to keep it under control so it doesn't get to much out of hand. But from the start of the cycle i wasn't to concerned as i have decided back then to go under the knife after this cycle. The puffy nipples are just looking pretty bad at the moment

Ok so have decided to extend the cycle with extra 2 weeks of test prop and winny. Will be using last few weeks to get rid of any unwanted bf.

Hey guys

I kinda screwed my left arm up today with my chest routine. My left tricep is aching. MAybe gonna have to take a week break and see if it heals up. Meanwhile i wanna put some voltaren gel on it, is that ok. Remember a while back a debate about anti flammetaries not being too good for ur muscle (building wise.)

Any advice or input

Thanx guys

Ah, I'm sorry about that boet. There's nothing worse than getting injured mid-coarse. Don't know much about anti-inflammetaries but it would definately be wise to rest it. Hope it heals quick.

Hey guys

OK after this week weight sitting at 77.6kg. Slight increase but drop a wee bit of bf. Strength went up nicely last week until my mishap.

Went to doc today and got x-rays done of my left shoulder as he believed it was the culprit behind my left tricep and elbow pain. What the xray's revealed was my shoulder is F#cked. There's a moerse gap between the two bones in my shoulder and sum nerve is very swollen. Says i need to take atleast a two week break.

Could a chiro maybe sort this out quicker?

This really sucks

Kak maar alright

Not to great. Im pushin very light just enough to stimulate the muscle. And it looks kak, ppl checked me a few weeks ago pushin like a monster and now im pushin like a girl. :(

But im still goin strong, not over exerting myself. Three weeks left of my cycle and gonna make it count.
