Thanks spike!

I was hoping for comments on the oral winstrol (I only have experience with injectable).

Do you think the cost/benefit of equi 700mg/E7D is not worth it? I've always taken 500mg for 12 weeks, thought I'd bump it up a bit.

Will play around and see how much I can save on proviron, but I love that stuff!

(I need to post a thread on training & a herniated disc for your "chiropractic" attention.)

Yeah the equi cost/benefit thing is personal preference i reckon. Just dont go over 700 as from what i know it tops out there in terms of benefits.

The winstrol i would shorten. Its an oral and is liver metabolised, so 19 weeks is rather a strain.

Proviron is laka stuff but there is a lot of debate again with regards its cost/benefit ration and most will recommend keeping it near the end of the cycle to take advantage of increased free test and its drying effects.
From what i've read you seem to have the same body type as me, naturally lean with a bodyfat around 8%, easy to cut, hard to grow. Whats your height and weight?
Go for it with that post and I'll see how i can help

Will definitely revisit the oral winstrol, perhaps start it alongside masteron at week 7.

I'm very skraal at the moment. Sustained full pec tear in April 2009, and had me on the bench for just over 9 months. Dropped from 108kg to 92kg. Managed back to 97 at 6% bodyfat from February to June, but was in hospital for 2 weeks in July and dropped to a "soft" 92kg again. At 1,83m, it's not funny!

Final changes; running these 2 up to pct:

Week 7 – 19: Proviron 60mg/ED
Week 7 – 19: Oral Winstrol 40mg/ED

A question - which would be the longest acting ester to base pct start date on, test enth or equi?

For the oral components, should I split the dosages up more than twice a day?

Eq's got the longest ester.

I find if I go over 700mg of EQ I start to get severe anxiety where I struggle to breath properly, etc.

I have never experienced that as I normally still around 500/600mg, I was actually doing around 800 when I started freaking out.

I've actually never taken oral winstrol; would milk thistle and cruciale not be sufficient to mitigate the side effects?

I have always taken between 400mg and 600mg, but decided experiment with a higher dosage this round. Also taking longer than the usual 12 weeks.

I can do without anxiety, but lets see how it goes.

12 weeks is still a long time on an oral, with or without milk thistle. 6 weeks max i'd say

Just mix it with some juice, its the Alcohol in there that gives that taste.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Took my first test & equi shots on Monday. I have to soccerball butt cheeks since yesterday, but I suppose it's the high dosage (and squatting wth freshly pinned glutes).

At least not as painful like I experienced before with short esters.

Would be a good idea to start taking multiple smaller dosages once the blood levels are where they should be?

I did Double dose EOD injections for frontload. 2 weeks and i started freaking out with anxiety and stopped the frontload. Switched to twice a week but still had anxiety days on and following injection day. Switched EOD with adjusted dose of course. EQ shouldnt go over 700/week. With EOD you calculate over 2 weeks. 4X.5ml and 3x.5ml - just under 700mg. perfect. 1ml SuperTest320 + .5 ml EQ EOD.

I'm not sure whether it's the equi, but this week has been terrible ito anxiety. I'm under a crap load of stress at work though.

Thanks for the info. I'm thinking of getting some sterile vials, mixing the weeks shots all in there and just spread it out. Still need to find vials though.

Why vials?!!?

What dosages are you using? a 3ml syringe is marked finely enough. 0.1ml so no need to mix seperately.

Using 750mg test enth & 700mg equi. The syringes will work fine, but wondering if I might have to cut it with GSO or something.

Glute has swollen up badly. Picked up 3,5kg since Monday, and I swear it's all in my right butt. Really thought I would not run into this problem again.

Try mixing it with GSO and also heating it up before you inject. This usually helps me with injection pain and inflammation. Check out a previous thread on the this topic.

I will try heating it up for my next injection; still worried about GSO not being sterile.

From the injection pain thread I take it that BB is used for high BA content, but for high mg GSO is actually what is used to dilute.

Have to do this, I'm swollen really bad; can't sleep properly.

My glutes are a bit sensitive and I usually pin delts, rear delts, bi's and tri's. It was definitely too much mg.

I will be posting my diet in the Diet forum. Its basically the diet I used during my previous cycle, with minor changes here and there.

This has been the first week of my cycle and I went from 92kg on Monday to just over 98kg by Friday. I wasn't expecting this much water retention; not sure if the anastrozole is taking time to kick in with the high test enth dosages (it's been a while since I ran test at this level).

Took half a diuretic last night just to drop some water but I cramp up so quickly (diet is generally low sodium).

Swallow some antiflams for the pain - why suffer? get Brexacam from pharma. My Dr recons Zydus-meloxicam lately - maybe the rep was nice.

No - they all work, but differently. I was told that the inventor of Coxflan/Brexecam (cant remember which one) won the Nobel prize. Safe. Its Sched 3, but the pharmacist will dish out 5 or so without script.
