The GSO is working wonders. I shot delts and tri's without any pain. My butt is still in pretty bad shape; glute medius feels like strained muscle, definite band of scar tissue/tightened up fibres.

JB wrote: I will be posting my diet in the Diet forum. Its basically the diet I used during my previous cycle, with minor changes here and there.

This has been the first week of my cycle and I went from 92kg on Monday to just over 98kg by Friday. I wasn't expecting this much water retention; not sure if the anastrozole is taking time to kick in with the high test enth dosages (it's been a while since I ran test at this level).

Took half a diuretic last night just to drop some water but I cramp up so quickly (diet is generally low sodium).

Just trying to keep a log going here.

The 1st week ended on a 4.5kg gain; smoothed out a lot from water mass I'm now carrying.

The second week has been interesting and disappointing in a way. My weight is down again to an overall gain over two weeks of just one kg. Ten days into the cycle, I suppose it's fine.

I have a question though - Can I become that extremely catabolic from stress & not sleeping well (work issues!) that will almost reverse gains made in the first two weeks? Or could it be that the LP Anastrozole has kicked in nicely and destroying any test sides?

If its the Anastrozole I'll be extremely impressed. I'm using 750mg test enth per week but conditioning of my obliques and abs shows roadmap-like vascularity.

My diet is posted in the dieting forum, but just want to mention that I'm getting through all my meals and eating well, appetite is good.

Any of you guys see an immediate drop in weight and fullness from two or three bad nights?

Ja bro sleeping is important, just like our muscles recover with rest so we need sleep for the same reason to give our body a rest and recover our energy levels.Trust me bro try and gym hard the next day after a bad night's sleep and you were very tired that day, the training is not going to be very intensive and you will find yourself very tired and yawning and lacking in strength. Sleep is very important aspect of gym bro.Hope this heps you bud keep pumping.

Hi JB

My training partner bought some Nomad Stanazol for some idiotic reason and as per usual it is giving him unbelievably sore injection pain. Yesterday he took some Brufen and apparantly it is working wonders for the pain and inflammation. Give Brufen a shot, it could help with your glutes.

Bro,what the fuck was he thinking tell him to use Illium stanazol 50mg/20ml.It doesn't hurt at all any more than a test prop would hurt.

Cycle is going great.

Strength has improved a lot very early on - the Turinabol was a great idea. I'm at the end of week 5 and the joints are taking some strain so I play around with the Adex which brings some relief.

A few minor set backs sneaked in. 5 day antibiotic course this week for bronchitis - missed a couple of training sessions but I'm quit a bit harder than usual come the end of the week.

A minor shoulder strain from bench press (which I know I should avoid since my shoulders are not properly aligned - but that's the dumb ass in me having fun with the new levels of strength  )
Left vastus medialis keeps on tying up right next to the sartorius. My physiotherapist quickly picked up on the problem because I was complaining about seeing my hips pulling to the one side when I squat. My glutes need to strengthen up A LOT, especially on the left. Going to find a spot next to some hot chick and ask her to showme how to do a pelvic thrust :)

My weight has jumped between 3 and 6kg per week, but I drop a bit of water every 7 to 10 days to relief the bloatedness.

Something that's bothering me a bit too much - I've become very hypo-glycemic. Added another meal an hour before training on top of the pre and intra workout sups I take.

I went to H2O (for the 1st time; not my thing really). Really hot, in the sun all day so drank an amazing amount of water (no alcohol or the other goeters for me) but was still dehydrated by the end of the night. Woke up ripped and vascular like crazy. Jumped in my car just to check my weight at the gym...95kg! and better conditioned than before I started the cycle. So that's a solid 3 kg's over the past 5 weeks.

Really happy with things so far, the gear is working well, the combinations proved to be synergistic and I can't weight to start masteron and proviron in 2 weeks.

Nuts wise - no major shrinkage yet. Libido improved a bit, but it can only improve since it's been rock bottom for more than 18 months now.

Playing around with the diet, mainly changing type of carbs to see how my energy levels change, but really pushing it and not missing meals.

Thanks for all the input so far guys! I'm in here most days just reading old posts and your replies to new posts, going to run out of brain space soon!

Keeping up with the thread on DJ's cycle.

Was wondering whether I should be doing some HCG mid cycle. I'm at the end of week 6 of the 15 weeks of 750mg enanth per week.

Another question - should I increase enanth to 1,000mg per week? A guy (who the older BB'ers here will all know - freakin' huge black dude) suggested I'm low on test dosages.

Has your gains slowed. IMO your still too early in the cycle too establish if you are saturated. If you want to throw something into your cycle then try Proviron.

Proviron starts this week.

Just wondering if HCG mid-cycle is a necessity or do you only bring it in when gains slow down?

Personally I use HCG mid cycle just because I'm paranoid. I wouldn't bump the test up until you see the effect of the Proviron
