Let's say I go with davids meal structure he posted earlier for me... Do all meals need to be separated in a timely fashion or can I eat when ever!

It would be perfect if you could post it with the original colors when it was taken?

Haha yeah bro we are here to bother eachother and see where it leads to. I enjoy it hey! ;) Based on this pic then I would definately say you are closer to about 12-14% bodyfat. Big difference! Ask away my brother...

David gave you a very good short summary of what the dieting stickies say. You can eat them whenever you want to as long as they are in chronological order. I.e there is no reason they all have to be exactly 1:35mins apart from the last chew to first bite. You can even combine two meals if you feel that's how you are gonna meet you calorie requirements for the day.

Ok cool so I use what I need for my diet till I meet my calorie intake! I also have to keep in mind I meet my protein intake too.. Right to maintain? And to be honest my cal intake is about 2700 and I'm keepin track using the Livestrong app and I'm on central time zone, I like 2300 to meet it for today... I'm gonna have to eat more!!

For protein the general rule is 1-1.5g protein per lb body weight, or 2g/lb if you are on cycle or heavy bulking. This is why we include protein into every meal

I was wondering why I was told to carb cycle instead of the keto diet? What the difference...

Is it bc, keto is for preserving muscle and shredding fat? And carb cycling we can gain mass and shed fat, but will loose some muscle?

Almost right bud. The keto diet will shred lots of fat while only maintaining your muscle mass, while carb cycling is what you can be on for the rest of your life after you have lost the fat. On carb cycling you can build plenty of muscle and not gain fat if you do it right. There is also a third option you can do which is what I am doing- Protein, Carbs and Fats in every meal and you control your calories. No cycling of carbs you eat the same every day.

Oh ok, I recently read a top on google.. "The Negative Rep" how do y'all feel about this.. A lot of ppl say they get most of their gains from this, I've been taking longer with each rep 1 sec pos. and 2-3 neg, and my last couple reps I do 3-6 sec neg reps

I believe that negatives are to be used when you hit a plateau. Otherwise doing normal reps with proper form will be good. I am sure there are many opinions on this.

negatives are important too. just use a weight you can control, dont just drop the weight after each rep. control it coming down. if you're going too heavy then you wont be able to do that. leave the ego at the door

Would when trying build precious muscle does one need I consider waking up in the middle of the night and drink maybe a casin protein shake? To keep away catabolism state, or is it optional!! Its what I read somewhere and thought, "Hey, that's a good idea! But damn I won't like waking up every night" lol
