8-10 hours right!! And I think ima blast one body part a week, maybe and hour a day, when I did more than one like, biceps and triceps/shoulders n back I would stay in there for 1 1/2 hrs to 2! But since i and doing one a week I get thought ALOT faster, today I'm going to go slow and methodical, focus on form and control, squeezing at the top of reps! Sound like a better plan?

Also, let's say I need a bit more protein and I have ate all my meals for today... I can incorporate more shakes where needed right... Bc they are meal replacements! Theres just two types of protein correct? Isolate and concentrate... Isolate being a quick shot of whey after a workout bc muscles are depleted and concentrate being casin

Ultimately everything you do in the gym is governed by one idea- you must isolate the muscle you are working on, and you must break down that muscle till failure exactly once in every 7 week cycle. How you move and shake your workout routines and what groups you train with what do not matter as long as this rule is satisfied. A big thing to focus on is achieving perfect form and thereby isolating the muscle perfectly. The weight that you use to do should be seen as ego stimulation only.

About the protein- isolate and concentrate are both the same type of protein (whey which comes from milk) but they have a different process of extraction and therefore a different concentration of whey. Pure whey concentrate contains +-80% pure protein while pure whey isolate is +-90% pure protein. This is why isolate is more expensive than concentrate. If you have eaten all of your meals for the day and you have still not met your protein requirements then you need to go back to the drawing board and plan your meals better. Remember that even pure protein still contains calories and those extra cals could send you over the limit and produce fat.
