Hi guys,
The most difficult show of my life. I was posing for 45min the average per lineupmwas at least 30min. I qualified for top 10 then Top 6 and placed 6th in Sa of 12 Top athletes in my
Lineup 1-5 position all sponsored athletes. I am happy with my placing because the judging was very fair. I know exactly what needs work for next year and have started today back at gym, diet again and gonna do Pct and bloodwork thereafter.
I would like to thank my wife and kids for their unwavering support.
Next imwould like to thank The Doc for bringing me into the best condition of my entire life, he is a real gentleman, humble, helped me a lot in Pe and supported ,me tremendously, talking me through everything at the show.
Mr Hennie Kotze my new favorite bodybuilder, a friend and Pro BB who showed me such support and friendship I am very humbled by both these great men. VonD who is an awesome guy, drove me around a bit, supported me and helped with so much. The guy is a monster for his age and a gentleman.
My best friend Dj, I have no words to thank him for his walk with me,he even though is going through great trials still supports, checks on me and does my diets as Doc Instructs.
Gentleman thank you and gentlewoman for your support, this is a marathon and I have a very long way to go to becoming a champion, I am committed and I am brought to tears as I think how undeserving I am of the support, friends and help I have. Doc and Hennie Kotze made me hopeful and brought me to top 6 in Sa wow I. Dumbfounded, I am learning my body like never before as Doc shows me the right way of doing things, safely and under such detailed guidance, Hennie don't make you feel like an amateur but gives me hope.
I'm emotional I know but there is another Giant my traini g partner who when my wife was not there jumped in doing my tan to perfection and he is a heavyweight champion but put me as the object of his attention Mr Gerhard Nel.
PGW and LP thank you for an awesome product and quick reliable service whenever I needs anything. All products by them were top notch.
