no saw that.... I normally walk at 6 with a incline at 8 moving up to 12.5 sometimes higher ...just thought it was being done to spare muscle ?

What would tren and cardio do?

Tren makes you kak moeg, and you have no energy. Doing cardio on tren is very exhausting, that's if you have the energy for it.

Idea for me is intensity and fat burning, walking at such an incline really chows my calves and quads and also gets my HR to 65% which is the fat burning zone plus I despise cardio

Hi Guys sorry been a while, I have been so busy with work, clients and my own prep I have had litle to no energy.
I will post some pics now of me 7 weeks out.
Again a special thanks to DJ and VonD who have really helped me and suported me, VonD is very Upcoming and a guy who can be trusted, humble and knowledgeable, a real future ambassador to the sport and my friend.
Though DJ is going through major challenges he is still there for me so again thanks guys.
