Rather has a single cheat meal vs a cheat day,i find in a good cheat day i can pack in over 8000calories with eating so much junk.Rather keep it to 2hours and make it your last meal of a sunday,so eat what u want,the biggest cheat meal i've had is 2medium pizza's,3/4 of a cake,2slabs of chocolate,2l of coke and a packet of sugar coated nuts.Thats all in 2hours..Keep it short and sweet bro.

salt makes u retain water,retaining water will keep your muscles hydrated. protein and fats have a diuretic effect so u need to keep yourself hydrated.

I had about half a litre of Bar one ice cream, 500g watermelon and spanspek, 250g prunes, 200g guava roll and I feel fucking ill :X :X

china u are gonna be like a chocolate softserve machine,i would've swapped the watermelon and guava roll for more of a hearty burger or something like that but thats me,i usually keep the sweet stuff till last cos i find as soon as i have sweet things my insulin spikes and i can fit more in,the joys of used to being a fatty lol...I had about half a litre of Bar one ice cream, 500g watermelon and spanspek, 250g prunes, 200g guava roll and I feel fucking ill :X :X
