i always have scopex and eno's around for the night of a cheat meal,i can get some sleep that way,i also keep a towel handy cos i get the carb sweats...

hahaha,have u started your diet yet bro? remember 2 weeks before the first refeed!!! stay strong, i have been dieting now for 11-12 weeks and i am down from 114 to 97 and still need to get down to 86 so i can tell u now that keto is easy and u dont feel hungry,its such a winner having the weekly cheat meal and then u pig out and come in leaner than the week before...

ok what u need to realise is that there is 9000calories in 1kg body fat. now in a cheat meal u are gonna get in 2000cals,maybe maximum 3000cals, so if u getting those all from carbs 500g-750g of carbs x 3 will be 1.5kg - 2.25kgs and thats excluding what will be retained if u have heavy salted foods... so in order for u to gain 1.5kgs of fat in your cheat meal period u need to have 13500 calories... which is a lot so dont stress,its all water...
