Hey guys
I am getn ready for a novice show coming up the 9th of April. I am therefore 9 weeks out.

I took these stats the 4th February 2011. I am gona update weekly as to inform u guys what are what.
I took my measrements. Im on 91 kg with 8.7% bf. Arms: 42cm, Chest:114cm, Thigh: 68cm, calve: 42cm, hips:103, Forearms: 37, Waist:90cm. Height: 176cm
DJ is helping me with the cardio and the diet and i am very impressed. Training is top notch still. Still at 80-90% of my power on all fronts.
Gona update Friday then it would have been a week on the diet. Will put up some pics too.

What u mean bout my waist?:( Too big? or wot? I got a gut kinda, but I was on Neotropin for 1 motnh.was a waste of money. Maybe i got fake stuff....who knows. Will save up for nomatropin nxt time.
My bf on my stomach has always been a problem ,but i drop it fast the last two or three weeks before a show, hopefulle this time with DJ help i will drop it even faster.

Maybe the reason it felt like a waste was because you only ran it for a month? Sounds like you never gave it a chance, GH usually has to be run for at least 3 months to get your money's worth

I'm 10cm taller than you, during my dirty bulk last year when my waist was 90cm my bf was around 19%! Dj will definitely sort you out no doubt

O no. My waist isnt fat or big. Will post pics tomorow u can see. :D
I am alot thicker then than u my friend. My strong point is my middle. I got a nice v frame when on stage. Check my avatar, my waist aint much bigger than that.
But u my brother have the *South african* advantage, u guys always have great middles, meaning lean, and good upper bodies. Always get in hard as hell.

My friend and training partner has been using it for 4 months. I refuse to get him more. It is a waist. He hasnt gotin much results(if any)from the gh. He trains hard and eats rite,and that has given him better results than the gh did.

You gonna do the Cape(USN) classic on the 9th of April?
I'm also going to enter the Novice category. Around 82 kg's now, but wil look to do the under 75kg class. Assuming you will do the over 75kg class if your around 90 kg's now?

Its a bit far away mate. Im in the freestate. Im gona compete in the IFBB Freestate Novice show on the 9th.
Hopefully I will compete at around 80-85 kg's
I take every now and then. I have takin lasix,but i find that this sucks the water out of my muscle and i look very flat and small on stage.

Good luck for the show my friend.

I took my measurements today. Im at 8.5% bf and 89.7kg's.
Lost 1% on stomach but the rest is the same..
Will post progress pics.My legs are a bit swollen from the leg workout wednesday.
So definition will be limited.

Shit so many great guys are competing from the freestate area and the guys are looking good....lol, maybe i should come to the cape classic.lol. Skip the Novice show.hehe

Starting to harden up now nicely. Shweet. The diet,winny's and prop are doing its job. 1 thing,i havnt had alot of *stimulation* from the proviron...is this a concern?
My sex drive also hasnt picked up as much as I had hoped for after getn on the prop.

Stress can be a big factor here too.lol. My boss told me I got three weeks left then i need to go...that helps the cortisol lvls climb.rofl. Working my ass off at the gym so there is something i can control. Life is fkn great sometimes ,but every now and again its like someone is playing a kak joke on u just to see how far they can push u.

haddok is essentially smoked hake if i am not mistaken,or some other form of white fish,so they are essetially the same thing,just a smokey yellow color to the flesh... 300g of white fish is what i usually suggest,but to much fish and not enough beef,chicken and other protein sources will leave u looking like an aids patient with flat muscle bellies...it does how ever thin the skin,i know that hany rambod only introduces fish etc the last 2-3 weeks before a show and its only 1 or 2 meals a day,the rest is beef and chicken and egg whites and whole food sources...right now romp3l is on very minimal shakes,but soon it will be 0 shakes and all whole food...it a pity we started working together very late as i think the way that he started dieting had caused metabolic shut down for a long stage of time,but he is now eating more food,having better work outs and i bet probably feeling alot better to push hard through a training session....

Been on it now 2 weeks. Getn harder and harder. Workouts are insane. Lekker. My training partner threw up when we wer training chest., haha, and he is bulking. I push him pretty hard tho.

Last week I had to imprevise with the foods as my whey was finished,money was tight and I am still waiting for my whey.O,u think i should buy the 2kg whey now or wait? I have been doing eggwhites in the place of the whey while i wait.. But that aint no prob. Just stick to the meals as tight as u can and train hard and all will be fine. Diet has been working great DJ thanks again ey.
The weight aint changing, but it could be due to the winny and prop and still alot of food hey. U saaw how little i ate in the beggining. hehe. My bad.

Actually on a bber diet now,not a bikini girls diet. haah
I am from Bloem my friend. why?
