I am at small personal training gym. Have been there for about 3 years. The gym is so small if i tell u what it is, u will easily know who i am.lol.Quest. EASY. We are very small gym. :)

Nah bro. I dont like 'commercial' gyms. Im at Tempe! I want to compete, but dont feel ready yet. But gonna go check the Novice in April.

I will be there. Gona be a rough show man. EVERY1 that I know is competing there. Gona try get in under 82 to do the Classic BBing and also u/85kg. Hold thumbs i make it. lol.

Okay, been checking weight. Im still at 89kg. Not dropping. My obliques coming out. Back looking better. Will post pics 2moro. Doing cardio ,aiming for 500-600 cals every time with ab and lower back training to follow. Glutes sometimes. Can see some seperation in my bum. Can just move the muscle like u can in chest just about. Gona have to get it harder to use on stage tho.
Will check bf tonight.

Are you competing against Jan-Hendrik Janse van Rensburg? I think he won the Novice u/85 last year?

Prob. He will most likely be under 90. Or not, not sure. He is always well conditiond and has great legs from wen he was a cyclist. Nice detail and hard.

He is also at tempe rite?
He won Chris Boshoff ,owner of quest in the line-up. Jan hendrik had weaker upper body, but was harder overall and ofcourse those great legs.

He might be able to, I won the classic line-up ,but wasnt chosen for the SA Novice team. We can compete ther if they dont have us on any roster or file. And if we didnt get picked for the team we aint on. Or wot?

Yeah man, see him every day. If you didnt go to SA's you can compete at the Novice again. He has made great improvements since last year and is looking sick already. I hope he takes it again this year. He has a great work ethic!

hehe. Have to try set up lighting studio with PERFECT lighting so it gets every single bit of detail.hahaha

I already took them and they at a buds house on his laptop as we took with his phone. Wil rather take some tonight on my phone so i can copy direct. Was kaka last time.
And remember this is gona be me on 5-6litrs of water a day.lol SO very smooth.

Okay, so be gentle. The lighting was okay.The phone went dead, wanted to do 1 with most muscular,but ya. Traps are looking nice apparently and calves are coming along nicely too.

So what u think? I am carrying alot of water and DJ helping me with diet and cardio and training my ass off. Hope the letro wil do the trick.

Very nice Romp3l! Arms and Legs looking nice and full. Traps and Lats also look like they have very good size and shape. It's actually scary, my body type is almost exactly like yours, I'm just a bit wider. What's your height and weight again?

looking good bro,in 5 weeks time u will start dropping the water then u will be good to go,will adjust the diet again and see how u go for 2 weeks,the letro will help you big time....i see on your right hand side there seems to be a lump ontop of the chest,is that a bit of soft tissue or your pec muscle? the only place u seem to be carrying is on your lower abs really,but that will also go when you drop the test prop and add the letro and cut the water...otherwise u are pretty crisp,your legs have good lines but that will come out better when u stop training them 1 week out and we deplete you and drop water....i would say there is nothing to worry about at the moment :)

Ye, thanks man. I never really concentrate on biceps,tri's i tried spot/site inject for 3 or so weeks on the 12 week cycle last time. They are hanging quite nicely.The fact that i was doing weighted dips with 80kg dumbell between my legs could have helped alot too.rofl

I am at 176cm(stretching my neck to make the classic at u/82kg..hehe) and now 89kg's.

I want my lats alot bigger..like ALOT. want them to hang more. Love big lats, like Jays is SICK!

Thanks man. My Biceps have got a wierd peak, will post pic of it. Looks almost like an implant or something.

Its definitely soft tissue. damnit. Hate that nipple. rofl. As i said, had it since i was 15-16...The left one improved...dono why..I have always had that little fatty pocket on the bottom of my abs,but it was from when i was leke fat like in that transformation pics i have on here too.

I was only on a 3 month bulk. Will bulk a little longer next time tho. Thinking bout just doing this show then bulking for the rest of the year to get rough mass gains. (hopefully)
But thanx pump, i am happy with my calves and traps that improved the most over the bulk tho.

I'm 1.78m at 94kg, so quite similar. Keep it up bro and like DJ said when you drop the prop and lose the water you are going to look super-shredded.

Excellent legs my man, nice and thick. Your arms are great as well. Whats helped me to get thickness in my back is weighted Pullups to the back wide grip, 4 sets 8-10 reps, try just hang there after each set. Keep up the good work, this kind of progress motivates me through my dieting.
