My bf doesnt drop much according to the caliper...still 8.6 kamestig. Have been getn harder. My training partner says i look better daily. Will get pics this week. Weekend was rough. Weight still the same. Might come down after i drop the test.

first place u can notice the difference is in the lower abs,that bit of belly fat is now gone!! we are gonna suck the water out of u and u should look pretty top notch,still got some time to get rid of some fat so all good bro :)

Ye bud. Thanks. Did crazy legs last nite, my 1 training partner stood up from the seated ham curls and just walked out. haha. He came back later saying hes done for the nite. lol
Kewl. I only get my heart rate above 140 on the lipticle. The treadmill cant get me up there walking bud.

I am alot harder in the morning (wink) no really...I pick up alot of water during the day. I shoudl stil be around 8-9 % bf me thinks.
Not looking at that no more. Will check in 2 weeks again.
The photos are from last nite. Just the date stamp is fuct. Everytime the camera is put off it resests. lol

bud dont worry bout the heart rate getting over 140bpm right now,u wanna keep it around 65% of max at the moment with the amount of cardio u are doing,this will burn calories and be less intense on the body and cortisol levels will begin to come down.the HIIT cardio u were doing has done its work to get rid of most of the fat,now the cardio u are doing is to burn excess calories,so do not stress :)

I shoudlnt do this rite? We are going on a company trip this weekend. damnit. Taking my foods with. Cant wait for all the q's....what u eating...ooohh,that looks tasteless.haha ye..
Taking stuff that cant spoil,as their aint gona be a fridge me thinks. Taking sweet potato and chicken with a litle brown rice and sweetner. Maybe take my oats with whey or should i take the mince bud?

My one friend at the gym that would have been in the classic line-up with me, cant no more, his mom got sick so he rushed home in parys....he binged out on food for 5 days..not gona compete anymore. The other bud that woulda been in my line-up also binged it up and went up to 98kg from 91kg over 3 days of *hakking out*. damn
He will still be ripped at the show tho. Damn some of these guys and they genetics..

Kewl tnx man. Jus came back from cardio. Checked in the mirror and all is well.
O wanted ask, A guy at my gym a while back said that if u cheat on lets say Sunday, u wont see the effect of it untill wednesday as the fat,water or watever sits behind the muscle for 3 days or something. Is this true? In other words, say i cheat on sunday, I look fine monday and tuesday, but sunday i bloat or am watery or *fatter*. Does any1 know anything bout this?

no what happens is when you cheat,your glycogen stores spill over as such and you will retain water that day if u are drinking water,its usually if u cheat sunday,monday u are full of water and by the thursday the water should be coming off,anyone who has done a keto carb up will second this opinion....

are u talking about when carb depleting or are u talking when bingeing? leading up to the show the whole no carb thing is to make sure your muscles are fully depleted,and then when you start carbing up you cut water so any additional water gets stored in the muscles...

I am talking bout cheating. Like getn a pizza or icecream or something like dat. Or a couple of dat. That guy said that the fat stays under the muscle for like 3 days and then only will u see the effect of the cheatmeal the sunday or watever. This cant be rite?
If i cheat like today, tomorow i will see the fat or watery ness. or wat DJ?

Or if im fine monday, i should know that what i ate Sunday,didnt have an effect on me and I can relax?
