Legs are coming on very nicely, slowly but at least growing. It's the damn calves I'm gatvol with.

I only run a maintenance dose of test. My Tren is basically dbl my test dose and sides are a minimum. Sex drive is awesome, only problem is gassing out to quick :lol:

Another thing i also noticed, injecting tren ace ed also helps minimize sides.

From my personal experience so far, tren ran with a low dose test produces less sides.

That´s great to hear my man! Tell me about those calves hey?? :S Makes me wanna tackle a horse! Interesting you say that ED injections are better because many people share your experience. Seems like you have found what works for you neh. ;)

Thanx man, took me long enough to find but there is still plenty of room for improvement and learning.

Will go shave my legs and post a pic or two later, but be warned. Wear a pair of sunglasses first before looking, my white legs are blinding. :lol:

Been playing around with some different calf exercises, so friday I loaded up the standing calf press to my maximum then proceeded to lift and hold the contraction for around 20sec or until it hurt to much then down a few second and back up again. I managed about 3 reps on all four sets. Today it feels like someone pounded my calfs with a baseball bat.

With a lot of Tren!!

Hahaha, hey guys long time. See this forum is as busy as ever. A lot of new faces and some "old" ones too :P

Been just cruising in the gym lately keeping bodyweight between 84-86kg sub 10 bf. I like this weight and it's easy to maintain and a good look for me. Never wanted to be a mass monster though much respect to those who can be.

Now I'm more focused on bringing up lagging body parts and just approving on the rest. I'm also just looking for that muscle maturity and thickness that comes over time.

Have been battling with a bad stomach bug the last 4-5 days that cost me a lot of weight, water mostly so I expect to have a rapid weight gain of a kilo or 2 from the carbs. So far today I'm a lot better and things are "solid" so far. Plus today there is a lot of food and sweets going around. Going to enjoy it while I can.

Current Stats:
176cm
84kg
8.5 bf%

Goals:
Goals are to do a Recomp Cycle, not looking for major gains just some lbm gains and fat loss. So anything from 2-4kg muscle gain and fat loss will be awesome.

Anabolic side:
Ok so my plan is to do a 6-8 week recomp cycle. My cycle is not set out in stone yet as I'm still contemplating some things. What I'm sure about is the tren and test dose just not sure what DHT to add for max benefit. With my last tren cycle I used winstrol and loved it except my wrist. So maybe I should add some anavar. I do have enough on hand to run 80mg for 8 weeks straight.

Food/Diet Side:
Obviously diet will be key to all of this and giving me the end results I desire. I'm going to play around with some different food source then my norm. Mixing days up slightly not to get too bored with food.
My macro layout for the first 2 weeks will be around maintenance after that I will see where bf and bodyweight is at and readjust accordingly.
Daily Macros:
Calories : 3000 odd
Protein: 300g
Carbs: 260g
Fats: 85kg

Food sources:
Protein: Beef, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese and protein shakes
Carbs: Oats, sweet potatoe, basmati rice, pronutro, rice cakes, WW bread (maybe twice a week) and then lots of fibrous veggies. will use McCain mix veggies in the beginning and then change over to Country Crop later on and then upping just greens.
Fats: nuts mainly peanuts and almonds, peanut butter, oils (Mac or Coconut), cheese (also maybe twice a week)and eggs.

Training:
I'm currently doing a old skool 5 day split, training 1 body part a day. NO Cardio or Abs.
Now here are my lagging body parts I want to up.
Upper Chest
Biceps
Calves
Now with these body parts what is the minimum resting days needed to train them again taking into account the AAS and Diet. If I can keep those two factors on point how many so often days can those body parts be trained. There is a lot of conflicting opinions and views plus some people just recover faster and better than others.
Also on these body parts what exercises have you guys tried and worked to get these lagging body parts up.

Hey Bud!

Well have you tried reverse grip bench press? Pulling it down to your upper abs and pressing? Try it, it did wonders for my upper chest. And calves I do the usual 3 exercises 4 sets once a week and then on another day I do what Ben Podilski suggested do standing calve raises as heavy as you can to complete 15 proper reps and do 100 Total reps resting no more than 20 seconds between sets. Works a bomb I put on 2 cm off cycle over 5 months. So by the end you'll probable be doing about 6/7 reps a set if that makes sense.

Thanks Rhino, I will give that Ben Podilski routine ago once a week too.

I would love to run mast at 100mg ed and see what happens maybe my next run with tren then i will drop orals.

Starting the cycle today, may the fun begin.

Already got a meal down and did my pin.

Seeing as I'm injecting tren ED I'll be using 1ml slin pins with 1/2" 27g needle.

Ok so yesterday I experienced for the first time "tren cough" and freakin hell is it crap. Never once did I get it before until yesterday. As for the rest nothing else bad to report.

The injections with the slin pin is painless and awesome and I can easily do this for a few weeks.

Morning to everyone.

Ok so far the cycle has been a bit of a stuff up. The last two weeks everything was hectic and turned upside down. I under ate a lot the last two weeks not making my daily macros due to time constraints and other stuff. But most is sorted so I'm looking to go 100% again.

Everything is running full forces in body now so now the fun can start.

Sides so far are ok, only real complaint is being a bit emotional and the night sweats. I go through 3 shirts a night and 2 pillows.

Current stats are
81kg
6.45% bf

luckily I only experienced it that one time and not again.

So I have 6 weeks left, I'm thinking of doing winny and proviron from next week, wanted to run mast prop at 75mg ed but alas not this time.

Plus side of being so lean is all the veins just popping up everywhere. Striations on shoulders and chest are also looking insane.
