Rhino I'm 176 cm and I'm aiming to get over 3000 call but really haven't lately. But doesn't mean I will stop still a few weeks left to add more lbm and keep lean as possible.

I thinking about adding ghrp 6 pre breakfast and post workout to slam down a lot more cals.

I find the best way for me to get more cals in is by adding oils to my meals and I haven't picked up any fat going that route. I'm on nearly 150g of fat at the moment with loads of cabs.

Keep us posted Bud your looking really good.

Morning guys

A quick question for those with tren experience. MY cardio is so to say screwed. Gassing out quickly with workouts and labour intensive work. Now from the research or reading I've done so far people seem to use clen at a low dose to help with this. Has any one tried it?

I'm thinking of doing 20mcg ed to see if this helps.

Hey guys

@Nate40 The clen did help yes but also increased cramps. And i don't feel like taking more pills to counter something else.

Have been hitting cals and sum B) , little unhappy with the water gain but I'm taking full weight and bodyfat this weekend, so we can get some clarity there.

But so far so good.

yeah taurine has helped in the past but I think I will rather drop the clen and keep it for later and then in the mean time I can stock up on some taurine.

And oh! Long time bud. Hope all is well.

Morning Guys

Just a small progress update.

Current Stats:

82.3kg
5.16% BF

Weight slowly climbing and fat still dropping.
I do have to add that I have missed a few training days the last two weeks and some days meals are missed.
I'm working long hard hours but all for a good cause so there I'm not complaining so with that in mind my progress
hasn't been to bad but it can still be better.'

I tried the GHRP-6 things three times now and bloody hell that stuff is dangerous. Some serious disciplne is required
with that and a strict diet but for Cheat days it's awesome.

My daily calories are between 2900-3300 depending on meals skipped or added.
But 95% clean calories all day long.

I also noticed that I bloat easily if I swap carbs around too much and potatoe doesn't agree with my system.

As for side nothong so far, had an itchy nip sometime but increased bromo dose and letro for a few days and
it went away.

Also a very cool and calm mind is needed for tren from my personal experience, think twice before you act or speak.
This may sound stupid but I have noticed this in myself and others. In your mind what you are saying or how you are
acting it seems right but the way it comes out it's different or not the way you intended it to. Just a thought.

I have lowered my tren dose and from tomorrow adding winstrol for the last few weeks.
Maybe Some proviron if I'm lucky

Was also At the doc yesterday for a check up and all good so far
Blood pressure slighlty higher then average and cholestrol still good.

Um think thats about it.

You becoming a monster. You can be so proud bro.

Keep up this hard work that you are doing. Your lean physique is an inspiration to all of us.

Side note: I have also realised I need to think before I open my mouth or act. My mood has been very dodgy.
Bromo dose?

+1 on your progress Fakey. Wow. You really make me want to hit the gym now. On a Sunday.

Haha haha Nate40, I have to say this in afrikaans "job kop raas" .. but in a good way. Your comments can really crack me up. Thanks but maybe we should make it "road map man"

Thanks fillet, damn all of a sudden I want steak hmm :silly:
stats should still be same roughly, 82-83kg 5% bf. But this week I had a lot of carb ups and not all the good kind ;) retaining some more water again.

But from Monday I'm going to do a strict 14 day diet with no cheats and some clen. Let's see what happens.
