Guys I can get a tub of hungry muscle preworkout from a friend. Anyone know the carb content and if this will interfere on the keto?

Keto Tiramisu

Ingredients:

Eggs, whites, 5
Chocolate Protein powder, 75g
Vanilla Protein Powder, 50g
Mascarpone cheese, 350g
Dark cocoa powder, unsweetened, 25g
Espresso, 6 shots (I find any coffee bean works, especially one with a nut flavor)
Canderel
Preheat oven to 170 deg

Method

We start by preparing the base of the cake:
Beat the egg whites in a large mixing bowl. It is important to get plenty of air into them.
Incorporate with a spatula 75g of the protein powder (chocolate flavor would be the obvious choice) and 20g cocoa powder into the beaten eggs.
Incorporate 150g of the mascarpone cheese and 7 tbps Canderel, mix well.
Pour the mix on a 25cm non-stick baking tray or a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for about 15-20 minutes, then let cool.

Next, we prepare the topping:

Blend well the remaining mascarpone (200g) with 50g protein powder (vanilla flavored) and 5tbsp Canderel

Assemble the Tiramisu:

Divide the cake base in 6 and place each piece into a glass bowl, then soak with the espresso sweetened with 1 tbsp Canderel (1 shot per bowl). Add topping equally into each bowl.

Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for a chilled version.

Decorate with a pinch of cocoa powder before serving (use a fine strainer to sprinkle the cocoa evenly).

Judging by your photos I would say you are somewhere in the mid 20's. You have plenty of muscle mass which is gonna melt off that fat for you.

I see slight signs of possible gyno. You will be able to see it better as your bodyfat decreases. This is important if you plan on running a cycle.

Haven't posted in a while it's boring to see every day's calories.

As we reach day 19 my weight has hit 111kgs. I'm quite impressed as I can see vanes in my forearms more than before heavy when training also started seeing in my calves upper arms and shoulders. My abs are starting to show when my midsection is relaxed. Very slightly. If I flex my abs the top and middle stand out a lot. I will be taking photos later today and measurements. Results seem constant. My meals are still on track been changing it up a bit. Still hitting macros and calories between 1950 and 2050. Also have found a recipe low carb pancakes which are awesome.

Update. Out of stupidity I had a cheat day on the 14th. This put my progress back one week exactly. And it took me 5 days to get my result back to 111kgs from 113kg. I felt flat on energy and kinda sick all week I think was the overload of calories and carbs on the 14th. That won't be happening again for a few months

So far I've lost 5cm on arms 12cm around my stomach, 8cm around my legs, 7cm around my waist and 15cm around my hips. Since my initial fat percentage and measurements were taken.

For some reason missed the question: the Aspartame insulin spike question: I read it in a study somewhere, can't recall specifically. As regards the Phophoric acid, I had read this too and tested it a number of times on myself while running a keto diet. It kicked me out of ketosis everytime within an hour of drinking diet drink.

I am sure about the Aspartame dude but I am intrigued about the phosphoric acid and I can't really find much reliable info on it. Would you please post that study?

So I bought the keto sticks it seems like I'm not in keto or the sticks got contaminated while I took the test I accidentally left it open for about 20sec. Could it be the canderel that I used in my pancakes keeping me out? If so how often can I test and how long does it take to get back in keto? I'll be cutting out the pancakes which I only had on a Saturday or Sunday to see if this helps.

If you made normal pancakes the that's.your problem

3-7 days to get into ketosis. As long as you're in a deficit you will still be losing weight. But probably feel crap.
No cheating for 3-4 weeks until you become keto adapt.
It's really not for everyone though.

It's the low carb pancakes for keto diet link is here.

I'm definitely in a deflect. Never go over 2020 calories and gym between 800 to 1200 calories. Days I don't gym (Saturday Sunday) I dont go over 1900 calories. Losing 1.5 to 2.5kgs a week. Stomach dropped a lot. Calves and forearms vains are starting to show. Energy feels fine. Don't feel hungry or tired like the first week. Water is between 3-5 L a day.

Question: is nutritech's amino boost ok for training? Read a few places it's good to take in aminos while cutting? It's 8cal per serving and doesn't exceed my daily calories.

Still taking 5g of micronised creatine monohydrate and a preworkout(BPI Pump HD)

Amino are good to go, just make sure they aren't loaded with sugary fillers. Have a look at raw BCAA from BSSA. Tastes not so grand though hahaha
