My resistance weight as like this eg: db press 2 sets 30reps on 40kg a side. Followed by 3 heavy sets of 50kg for 25 to 30 reps. Then inclined flyes 4 sets of 20kgs for 20 to 30 reps. This gives you an idea that I'm getting fitter and stamina is increased. I'm very strict on form. I will change the cardio a bit. I'll have a free day today. Will not go overboard this time thanks guys. Will update.

About 25%. You are doing great dude! Not fond of the cheat meal idea so reconsider your next one.

Interesting find. It takes my body one day of back on keto diet to get back into keto. So basically a cheat day throws you off 2 days. Something to consider when doing keto

Very individualised.

There are methods to induce ketosis faster...
From leucine to a few more idiotically dangerous stunts.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Two diffrent amino acids.

Leucine to induce ketosis faster is perfectly safe...

I think Ondier might sell it, but not sure...

Its one of the amino acids found in BCCA.
BCCA is Leucine, Valine and Iso Leucine.

Only use l-carnatine if you KNOW you are deficient. Otherwise not worth the dough. More money for the stuff that matter/work ;-)

Essential supplements :

Whey
Creatine
Omega 3
Vitamin C
BCCA (optional)

I'm going to put it out there, if you can afford Gold standard whey from Optimum Nutrition, bite the bullet. Awesome product!

That's perfect, you could argue you don't need Omega 3 on a ketogenic diet so don't even worry about that.

Omega 3 is definately not needed on a keto diet. Supplementation with Vitamin C has huge media hype while the best studies show little effect.

Multi-Vit is not necessary at all if you have a good diet. If you truly want to avoid flu then get a flu shot and drink plenty of water- that is the true magic.

Ditto. You can take a Multi every 2/3 days. Omega3's > Multis IMO because of you can get the content of multi's in a good diet. BCCA/ Luecine is fantastic. In fact just adding extra luecine to your PWO whey shake is a really good idea. With creatine, remember consistancy is more important than timing.
