Question oupa: do you think I'll benefit more from a fat burner(since they give a bit of energy) as a preworkout instead of a preworkout?

Hey Big0PCaddicT,

Been using IF for a long time now, life is a lot simpler and I love it. All calories post workout is def the way to go, but then you break the fast very late, what time do you work out?

Looking good bud. Where did you buy those flavourants BTW? Cheers.

I was eating my calories from 7am to 1 or 2pm. This left me quite hungry after my training from 4pm to about 6pm. But this week I've moved it to post workout that allows me 2-3hours feeding directly after gym when I most need my calories. I will however change it again if I can't get use to the post feeding

@ Mason: Fast until midday - afternoon on off days. I train fasted (1100-1300) the start eating after fasted. Feeding until about 2000. In the past I just had Bcaa's after training, but now I take a whey (and glucose) shake post. If no whey eating ASAP, if whey then I wait at least 30 min before eating. That first meal will be protein and carbs. All other meals will be protein, fat and vegetables.

@BigOPC, try having a meal at 2ish (protein and fats), then follow feeding periods post training. Much more normal IMO.

Life got a bit busy and I have been going through a tough time and stress affected my body a bit was training was still very intense but my body wasn't getting sore or tired

Last 2 weeks diet has gone well just 2 Sunday's in a row couldn't keep to diet because of family and yesterday being mothers day. so my weight loss stood still a bit. I'm on 98kgs well 100 after my cheat will be on 98 by Friday. Training should be back on track today took off from Thursday to give my body a break as it had no reaction(pain or stiffness)

I am too busy to take pics will try get some up by Friday

Thanks for update. Check your training program mate, how much rest do you give muscles successively? Does training (weight, intensity, volume) change /progress? How long have you been on your current regime? DOMS are not definitive proof of effectiveness. Consider changing your routine IMO.

Went over to lower reps higher weight seemed to shock the body into responding. Also took 4days off. Training is back to normal now. Will stick to this for the next month or 2

Well done bru. As Fillet said... I concur.

Relooked your goals. Reckon you were a tad optimistic there. At 130kg with 10-13% BF you would look like a freak (imho) as you basically want to add ~40kg of muscle. That is going to take a few years and even more cycles. Your physique now looks awesome and if you shred some more BF to your desired level I reckon you will look really good and in proportion.

Thanks a lot guys. This is just a dream goal. What I really want is Arnold's physique. That my ultimate desired body not the comp one just the off season 6-8% body fat one. I really am not too bothered about the weight. Biggish and ripped is fine.

Anyone one think I should start adding in a fat burner in the mornings? Would this help speed up the fat loss a little.
