So I have been convinced by my lady that I should start sun bed tan sessions. This will start on Monday.

Her one friend uses an injectable called Melanotan. I have not heard of this before and a lot of people I speak to in gym seems fine using it.

I have read up on it a bit of the effects and side effects. And what I can't seem to find is dosages and explanation of how it is to be injected?

Any advice in this matter?

Looking swole brother! Arms looking really juicy for someone who's cutting. Trim that last bit of fat and you'll reveal a awesome physique. Melatonin inj is best used with regular taning to bring out colour as my understanding. It does end up looking a bit more artifical than just sun ray tanned, but I reckon you won't pursue such extremes anyway. Keep it up.

Yip, you reckon you'll pursue that route? I'd like to see your results if you do. I've only ever seen it used in extremes, for competitions etc.

Interesting, I take Melatonin tablets to later sleep patterns - when I fly to a different time zone helps to adapt to new sleeping pattern.

Scales lie!!!!

Yours will say this
Theirs will say that

but, if you measure consistently less on the same scale, all other variables being equal - then you are losing.
Carry on regardless!!

with the assessments, the skin folds tell the full story.

And pics don't lie!

Agree with OldDick above (f**ken sies man), scales vary. Also consider what time of day it was, amount of food in your gut, water drunk that day, last time you took a #2, water retention due to medications/ diet. You see? Don't let that discourage you. Just keep on motoring.

So from 119kg to 99kg if I'm not mistaken. But I swear you've made considerable gains in the cutting period. IMO don't go for those fat burners you mentioned earlier. You also said you trained 1.5 to 2.5 hours 5 times per week, what does your routine look like and how much have you changed it since January?

My routine is basically how I feel like training it varies from

Chest
Bench press 50 to 5 reps sets 4 to 10 weights 30-90% 1RM
Incline flyes 30 to 5 reps sets 3 to 6 sometimes includes some drop sets
Cable crossover from top and from bottom also 60 to 20 reps 3-6sets
Add in some incline presses and decline presses some days and drop sets at the smith machine this all varies according to mood and energy and whether the muscles get tired or not

I meant your entire regime. Like a body-part split / push & pull etc. Sounds like you do a bro-split.

Some weeks it's one body part per day some weeks it's 2-4 body parts 2 to 3times a week.

Basically if I train a body part and the next day or 2 I feel no soreness I'll hit it again or twice as hard the next week. Very keen on keeping my body guessing

Sounds very random. Is this a technique learned somewhere/someone or you going on "how you feel"? There are more structured ways for muscle shock vs. adaption in training.
