Hey bud, why don't you consider dropping the creatine monohydrate & use kre-alkalyn creatine instead? Its much more stable & does not need loading. I hated mono for the bloat is causes. I also don't like using creatine when you are trying too burn fat...Good luck!!

Was in mind but monohydrate is a better quality product. It's got tons of research backing it. I am not always sure of the other creatines

Day 3

Going strong. Energy levels seem to be getting a bit better. Just fighting cravings for sugary snacks.

Will be taking my first set of pictures and measurements tomorrow this will be exactly 7days from last measurements and 5th day of the diet, not sure if there will be a difference yet. Got a feeling it might be too soon.

Motivation feels a bit low? Any suggestions

Feeling shit means you are doing it right. Just take it one day at a time. Chromium helps take the sugar cravings away. 800mcg if the cravings get bad.

Ok so training went extremely well yesterday. How ever my heart rate monitor has packed up so won't be sure of energy consumption in gym. Here is yesterday's stats.

Still on track as I start day 5. Weight taken this morning upon waking up. 115kg

Either diet is working extremely fast or I'm doing something wrong. Creatine loading is now on day 3.

Also not sure if this is good. Think my water is upto between 4 and 5 litres I also took a leak nearly 15 times yesterday is this to be expected?

Mostly water and glycogen loss. Keep your water intake at that level.

Not bad from a calorie point of view, other dangers some say is a complete topic of conversation. I do personally find bloating on it..

I would suggest you look at getting the Heel detox kit seeing all this effort you have put in and helping rid your body of toxins, this kit should help speed up your weight loss too.

So this weekend didn't go well with keeping to the diet as I had to go visit family. I did how ever do my best to keep within my calorie limit and did my best to keep to the macros. Doesn't look that good but I take it I'm still on track. Here's what my days looked like.

I have noticed that my body if I grab the fat that it's not as stiff as it was but because it's loose seems like a lot more. Don't know if the lose of water has loosened the skin and fat up a bit. Any ideas for if I'm on the right track still??

Also completed my loading phase of creatine. No blotting at all. Will be having 5g with my preworkout before gym only for each day. Days I don't gym will have it first thing in the morning

Noticed question on diet drinks. The Phosphoric acid for some reason throws you out of ketosis. Better to avoid. Also some evidence that despite the zero calories, the Aspartame causes an insulin spike.

Aspartame does not cause an insulin spike! Can you explain why you say phosphoric acid throws you out of ketosis?
