PS I asked the same question to my fiances plastic surgeon and said the same thing, it will come back time and time again if you take to much steroids.. I never went deep into conversation about what steroids, etc. But that was his answer.

So calling cycle a day,can't train for a few weeks,so have a few bottles tren left will get a few more throw in some prop and I have another cycle later on.so for now gh hrt dose test and t3.

Will use this down time to eat clean and prepare myself for aa diet down before next cycle.

Still happy with gh,even with terrible eating I haven't put on that much bf.

Dude, why not clean your body out, how old are you, do you need HRT? If not after a PCT you will have more than enough test in your body. Give your body the break it requires, especially because you can't train. You putting your body under strain for nothing, 100mg of test is too much if it's not needed. Also if you looking at having kids in the long term as much as PCT is proven to make one fertile I wouldn't take the chance you doing to yourself.

I hear you,my natural test is low,been cycling since 16 years old ,so messed it up long ago,luckily have my kids already hey.awhile back doc suggested 1 amp test cyp every 2 weeks .didn't take him up on it lol.so I am comfortable doing blast cruise for now.I am interested to see how well it works.I will however come off completly at some stage for a couple months and compltly detox my body.need to have bloods done in a week or 2 as well

I hear you about messed up test levels, I feel nothing... even on 900mg of test I hardly feel like i'm on test. lol! it's funny but a serious point and problem.

This will be the first time i'm doing a proper PCT, Admin is helping me out so going to be doing doctari PCT... Just replacing Ovidrel with LP HCG.

Was up to 1200 mg test this cycle ,no real sides,have been up to 2g a week .I am in 2 minds on the next cycle as there seems to be a new way of thinking with regards test dosage (much lower) but if bloods all good will be a heavy cycle regardless.just gonna give my body a long break from tren ace as much as I love it.

The tatto that's being done prevents me from training for awhile which pisses me off lol

Upperbody ,its more I can't sweat lol its a rather large tat and needs repeated visits ,I am trying to take as much pain each session to get it done quicker

very depressed i cant train, feeling leaner for some reason bf wise.

using this cruise phase to get bf as low as possible, will start cardio tomorrow and realistically weights probably only next week, although i will train legs and calves this week :(

hahaha enjoy ,mine has gone away a bit lol, i just took 2 days off gh now, gonna run 6 on 2 off, that way i dont leave it mixed too long lol.

which gh are you on ? i have enough for another 5 weeks (taking me to 10 weeks overall) need to order more tempted to go back to kefie if its all the same raw materials inside and save a bit.

my training over the next 8 weeks will be :

cardio 40min am everyday
weights 1 bp a day 5 day week calves eod abs eod

i am a bit concerned at loosing too much muscle, but i am sure once start next cycle will gain it baack quick enough.

next 8 weeks to recap :

gh 5iu 6 on 2 off
riverzene .3ml ed before cardio am
clen 120mcg ed
betasleep 1 cap a day
test enanthate 300mg a week
proviron 100mg ed

That's allot of proviron, dude you sure your liver and kidneys are doing ok? You putting allot of shit in your body and not giving it a break.

A break is a break is a break, if you on cruze mode now, I wouldn't take all that other shit. I'd leave the Clen the Proviron, the Riverzene.

If you want to get lean, spend a little more time on the tred mill and you will lose, all you trying to do is speed the process up by adding those other drugs.

Honestly bro, give your body a break, even if it's only a short time. You are anabolic while on the Test, that dose of 300mg is more than enough to retain muscle and even put on more.

will have bloods done soon now, but last check 2 months ago everything was within range hey, i keep a sharp eye on urine colour etc as a very rough look and so far all ok, but bloods will tell accuratley, cholesterol also spot on around 3.7 i think.

Dude you may think I sound like a dick, but i'm going to be honest, it sounds like you can't do anything without drugs.

your body is a temple and you putting way to much foreign stuff in it for way to long.

Don't worry what the blood says, let your body have a break. You pushing your body until it says ok i'm screwed you screwed as it is not a matter of, 'oh let me stop for awhile to fix myself' once their is organ damage there is normal 0% way to fix it.

Have a break. Keep running the GH and the Test if you want, but get off the other stuff and chill.

Don't think your a dick lol,I know your right,and I won't lie I do struggle when off compltly.I will drop some fat now quick,have cut my cycle short was supposed to be 6 weeks longer.then take an extra 4 weeks "off"after these 8 weeks before next cycle and concentrate on health and flushing my system ?? Very light training,basically just a time out ?

weight holding nicely at 99.7kg today.

feeling disheartened with not being able to train, have had 3 training session in a week

day 1- 40min cardio
day 2 - chest - 5 x incline barbell 4 x ped deck 30min cardio
day 3 - back 5 x pulldowns 5 x tbar rows 30min cardio

will train tomorrow and wed am, then its another 1-2 weeks "off" then godwilling back to training hard cardio ed and weights 5 times a week.

diet has been okish but on solid keto as of today , and its gone well so far, hit all my meals , but hungry lol

numbness and swollen hands has largely gone away, currently still on 6 days on 2 off 5iu, but considering 10iu every mon wed fri in 1 go, but waiting for more opinions on people currently on this set up.

frontload dbol 50mg ed 4 weeks for old times sake
test enan

end winny 50mg ed

proviron 75-100mg ed
gh 5iu ed hopefully might drop to 3iu
slin 4 weeks 4 off first half of cycle
t3 25mcg ed


start weight have no idea at this stage, assuming round 94kg odd, goal 115kg

diet high pro / mod fats / low carb 200 max pd

Hi,tats going well,had second session yesterday,seem to only handle 2 to 3 hours at a time,next session in 2 weeks.can't take this not training,been cruising for 2 weeks.keto clen t3 yohimbe atm.but feel like I am def sacrificing size.gonna try do cardio calves tomorrow at least quads saturday.and praying upper body next week.

A lot of it in my head because lost the shirt stretching puffyniess from slin.

I hate the mind games when dieting lol First place I lose thickness is arms, and they are my weak point...
Curious why you chose to diet at this point, basically your body is not in a "hold on to muscle" mode (high cortisol lvl, cant lift, no carbs, clen, T3, and Yohimbe) seems like to many factors against keeping gains, just speculating lol You still running the GH?

yes def running the gh

decided to diet on cruise as felt 300mg test a week alongside the gh would be sufficient to maintain muscle mass. the not training i didnt see coming and was poor planning on my part, i didnt realise i would need to take time off (7 days) because of tat, then to make it worse i thought i would be done in one session lol thats why i called my actual cycle short .

so relying at the moment on diet , the gh test, a small prayer that i retain as much as possible. i just wanted to be in a better position when starting next cycle. its not a train smash as i am hovering around 12-13 percent at the moment and its going into winter, but with the slin, i would rather be as low as possible when i start next bulk in a couple months so that when i start leaning up again round august i am 2-3 percent lower bodyfat than i would have been if that makes sense ? but enjoying the time off as the next cycle runs a very long time

Well weight holding stable round 98kg,struggling with motivation as I am itching to get back to gym and into a routine again my diet is still suffering in the evenings.even more eager to start cycle again.

Can't really tell if I am loosing bodyfat but I certainly am not putting any on which is a good thing.

weight 96kg , i think thats my cutting done for now, holding at about 12-13 % i would imagine at the moment, dropped all the water from cycle, going to go on maintenance type for a little while, keep myself as healthy as possible ,very eager now to get on with next cycle

picked up optimen from ON multi vits etc , must say i am very impressed with the ingredients and far cheaper than animal packs which i will use from now on.

gh i have switched to 2 on 1 off 5iu as much for financial reasons as anything else, what i have found is one or 2 finger tips have gone numb lol i have a few more things to get for next cycle then i have everything onhand
