Blood test results ! High prolactin & Progesterone

hCG is very personal depending how shut down you are, or how you have abused it in the past, I require allot higher usage than majority of users who have not abused themself.

the last I've done was caber which was advised, due to high prolactin. I have done or taken absolutely nothing after caber , and this is were I'm sitting at . Libido has returned 80%, but testes still not completely recovered .

I would just use some hCG and smaller doses, as to much would kill your sex drive. Libido is something you can realistically expect to return to somewhat normal after the PCT (Clomid/Nolva). It could be a month or so after that. Try the hCG for 2 to 4 weeks and let's see where we get to. You may need to see a specialist as playing with hCG when your body isn't responding is not a place I'd want to be.

Sorry 00pump, but what do you mean by "playing with HCG when your body isn't responding to it" ? Do you mean to say that if HCG does not work then I must go see a specialist ? Please clarify .

What I'm saying is if the problem is your balls not dropping and hCG isn't working, then you do have somewhat of a problem, because over use or hCG can have very negative side effects with regards to complete recovery in the future. There is other options but receiving that treatment in this country is not possible as that medication is not circulating in this country, I have not looked why but I'm guessing is because the FDA hasn't approved it's use in this county. Maybe some of the other guys are more clued up on current solutions and alternative options or have a different outlook on this.

I'll rephrase to keep it simple . For a normal guy who has not abused steroids or HCG, and does not have primary hypogonadism, then HCG will always work to reverse ball shrinkage.

Testicular atrophy is caused by you not producing LH and FSH when you are on cycle. Lack of LH is the main culprit with shrinkage. These hormones stimulate testosterone production (LH) and sperm production (FSH).

HCG is an analog of LH and to a lesser degree FSH. It performs the same function as LH. So if you do not respond to it then there's something wrong with your HCG, or you need more, or your balls need medical help.

There is still no better treatment for testicular atrophy for someone on cycle than HCG. Recombinant LH (lab produced) is no better as it's half life is too short and it's crazy expensive.

I have never abused steroids . My cycle was exactly what I told you , 12 weeks of Test E and equipoise .
HCG was never more than 500iu'z twice a week right before PCT . I would never lie at this point were I am looking to sort this out once and for all .

00pump , just to make things clear , my balls have dropped completely , it's just the size that is concerning me .
On my first blood test , LH AND FSH were :
FSH - 5.49mUI/mL (1.7-12.0)
LH - 4.51mIU/mL (1.1-7.0)

Is that considered normal ? If it is , then wouldn't taking HCG further surpress FSH & LH , thereby causing further problems ?

I read that Sertoli cells make up most of the volume of the testes . So if everything seems right, but testes have not fully recovered in size , it could mean that the Sertoli cells could be damaged . Could that be my case ?

Your LH/FSH levels are normal and your TT is fine. Are you sure you aren't over exaggerating this ball size thing? We can't really advise you here any further. Go and see a doc and check your sperm count if you are very worried bro.

I have not been on anything at all for more than a year now.

I am not worried about women at all, i want to get it sorted simply for my well being, and just to keep things the way they are supposed to be, and make sure i have not caused any deficiencies.

I might be exaggerating, or i may not. Testes are like i said, bigger than a grape, but smaller than an egg. It does also feel like there is more space in the scrotum. Would that be considered normal? If yes, then i will leave it the way it is. If no, then should i run clomid + nolva for a full month for fullness like 00pump advised?

Bud I honestly think a PCT 3 would sort you out. You can always confirm with bloods 6weeks after the PCT.
