Protein is far off, there is no protein during the day, and two eggs is like 10g protein...its nothing. U need to up protein way more

Well i dont do much between that time heheh deskjob!
not enough Protein ? i get about 170-200grams a day im sure.

Protein : shakes twice a day,Oats,eggs,chicken,potatoes,pasta,even peanut butter lol.

the Evox 5xl muscle meal has 41grams protein per 100g i take this twice a day that is already 82grams. i consume bout 90-100 protein with the rest of my diet

ok so the evox 5XL has 41 g of protein per hundred grams, so are u telling me that u have at least 200g of that a day to get 41g of protein for each serving X2, you have two boiled eggs so that's another 10g of protein and the rest comes from chicken etc at dinner...it sounds too little to me

yeah because one small scoop is 25grams.so 4 scoops in morning and 4 at night. 200grams.

1.Protein shake (Biogen or evox 5xl muscle meal) (1serving as suggested) + 500ml full cream milk
2.Jungle Oats
3.2 boiled eggs
4.peanut butter
5.potatoes
6.Skinless Chicken breasts or Lean beef mince or Fish(Tuna or fillets)
7.20:30 Protein shake
8. liter full cream milk is also source of protein that I consume with the 2 protein shakes.

So that is not enough should I eat my dog too! :laugh: :laugh: :woohoo:

So 18:30 is your only solid proper meal???

The rest looks liquid , and a few potato's and 2 eggs.

Get more solid meals in there .

Take you 18:30 meal and eat that like 3 times a day for a start.

Like at 12am 3pm then again at 6:30. I would replace the rest with Oats and eggs (18) and some whey...

again .. that is just me....And I rule

Meal 1: Oats and eggs
Meal 2: Tuna & Olive Oil
Meal 3: Brown Rice and chicken breasts
Meal 4: Whey and PB
Meal 5: Lean Topside Mince and Potatoes
Post-workout: Dextrose and Whey
Meal 7: Whey,Cottage Cheese and PB

It's not the best example and obviously you need to adjust portion size to fit your needs.

Something like that would be better

at the end of the day dude u should be having 6-7 meals, all of those meal containing protein and 3 meals containing carbs and protein and the other 4 meals containing protein and fats...everything u are eating should be weighed out to the gram,its like saying that there are 100calories in a banana but what happens if the banana is 6cm thick and 30cm long,then its more than 100calories,or what if the banana is 3cm long and 3cm thick then its gonna be less than that... use a scale it will give u no room for error.

Hey all....just returning to the main topic, has anyone had a sample of USN tested and can actually provide an analysis sheet to back up these claims? It would be really good to have something substantial other than just heresay etc. B)

(Btw...don`t shoot me down :laugh: , I dont use USN other than the Biogen multivitamin, I just like to have solid evidence)

I used many tins of MStak/Stack2/Pak before starting with AAS. The first cycle - Test Suspension/ Winny suspension didnt come close to my strength on the Animal combination above - but then again it was nomad. Cant say it didnt contain Test as my nipples were sensitive all the time.
After that i added Nomasteron/Test Prop/Anavar etc until i ended up in my first PGW cycle of TestProp, NPP and later PGW Anavar. (Thats 6 months later).
Only THEN did i exceed the strength i had on Animal.

As for Pak - Best Multi around. At just over R11/Day thats not bad at all. As long as i cant find a replacement i will stick to using 1 or 2 packs / day depending on the cycle. I never get colds on the stuff.

BTW - you guys know about P&P "Price Right"? If the price doesnt match the price on the shelf you get the first one free and pay the reduced price for the rest?

Got MANY tins for free.
