Sleeping Problems was created by Mr_SA
I am currently having problems sleeping...
I tend to wake up at like 4 EVERY morning, and then battle to fall asleep again... the lack of sleep is seriously affecting my gains. When i wake up at 4, i am usually really thirsty and need to urinate.
I tried ZMA... did nothing for me, and even GABA.
I am not on any fat burners or thermo stimulants.

Any idea's what i can take to sleep better?

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

hmm, I know when i run high doses of gear I get insomnia, so this could be an issue too. don't drink coffe late at night, don't have carbs to late at night, try using GABA before you sleep and maybe some camomile tea before bed. Also try relax in bed before you go to sleep, make that a quite time. Not sure if you like to read or not, but read something and then see if you having more success. Also make sure you sleep patters are normal or that makes it that much more difficult.

Just note the green tea is filled with caffine so maybe try replace that with chamomile tea and that GABA really works and costs a couple bob from LSJ.

Hi Guys
What do you all think about Animal PM to help sleep and recover?
I am having some issues sleeping again for the last few nights. Think cause its so hot lately and also my Sinus has been a bitch lately!
Dont really like GABA, the rush it gives you for a few minutes is KAK.
I end up waking up after like 6 hours of sleep... which is CRAP! I want my 8 Hours.
Also dont feel like im sleeping deep enough!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

You may be suffering from mild insomnia and a few weeks of stilnox could balance your sleep again. You are by the sounds of it building an anxiety which is causing the same pattern to caused. Either you need to reprogram your mind or take a drug to do it for you, option 2 allot easier but comes with side effects.

There is a lot of factors that could do that. Does your brain associate your bed with sleep? Dont study in bed, try to read in bed when you dont want to sleep, force regular sleep hours like get up 6 if you go to sleep at 10, dont roll around till 8 or such. Is it quiet, dark? White light increases you adrenaline.

Got all that from some 10 things you should know about sleep documentary. Maybe theres something that can help you, if the problem isnt unnatural ;)

Thanks!
I think what happens is when i wake up after sleeping for 6 Hours... I stress about not getting my 8 hours in.
I was taking Corenza C before bed, which was helping me sleep right through.
I try get to bed around 10:45 to wake up at 7am.
Most times i have to wake up cause my bladder is bursting for a pee... so, i have calmed down my fluid intake at night. Just take my ON Cassien before bed.

@00pump: What is Stilnox, and do you need a prescription for it?

@m0lt3n: Yeah, the room is dark. Dont study or read in bed.. do that on the couch.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

I wouldn't see how Corenza C would help you sleep...

Stilnox is a nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic I find using that as apposed to a tranquilizer helps me sleep through the night.

Stuff like Xanor will help put you to sleep but not keep you asleep hence the reason I said you need to look at a hypnotic.

Yes it is a schedule drug...
