hi, i have the exact same problem as you, here is my sinus and sleep cocktail i use, i hope it works for u, i do use the gaba as well, coz it works, and to get that kak rush, for a good nights sleep, il take the rush, the rush only lasts that long, but the sleep benefits outweigh the kak rush.

stillnox do work, but it is a very dangerous drug, and u can only use it for about 2 weeks, then u need to tapper of the dosage, and see if u can sleep again on your own, the thing is, that when u leave it you will be back at square 1 again, well that was the case with me, then u would end up drinking 1 stilnox every night for the rest of your life.

so i have manage to come up with this natural concoction, it works well for me, and if u don't fall asleep after say an hour or more, just take another dose of all the sleep aids, this has always worked for me, just try it for a week and tel me what happened.

i also need to ad, that i do go to bed, with only 5grams of gaba & (zma) (once) then after 1 hour im still awake, the i take one biral, and one melatonin, then after an hour im still awake, i just go and take another round,(1xmelatonin 1xbiral 5 grams gaba) and it works, then for the sinus, i just take flomist nasal spry, every time the sinus hurts.

hope it works for you.

Just caught the last 5 minutes of 3 talk, they were discussing sleep. Anyways the one doctor said that there is no scientific evidence that melatonin helps with sleep, so just keep that in mind

no, this whole concoction worked well for me, and if your not asleep in an hour just repeat the concoction, it worked for me.

but the first time i go to bed, it is only with the 5gram gaba and zma, and if i feel im awake too long, then il take another 5gram gaba, and the melatonin, and biral, if i then again find that im awake too long, i just take it again.

and i know its working, before this concoction, i would have no deep sleep, until its wake up time, but since i do this, i do get a lekker deep sleep.

I think Solal has 2 types of melatonin depending on your problem.

1) Normal release melatonin = If you battle to fall asleep.

2) Slow-release melatonin = If you battle to stay asleep.

Hope this helps

A couple of months ago I had problems sleeping and suffered from restless leg syndrome. Turned out to be prolactin related and cabaser cleared up the issue right away.

B6 is also good.

The only problem I have now is that there is a fucking TV in the bedroom and I usually put it on crime channel and fall asleep pretty easily... I think all the talk about crime and murder makes me feel at home...
Anyway, the problem is that as soon as I fall asleep the GF will tune it to that stupid E! channel kak and those fucking stupid Kardashians or Kendra whore with their dramatic bullshit will wake me right up again.

BHWAHHAHAHAHHAHA, oh my BWHAHHAHAHAH

I HATE THAT FUCKING CHANNEL!!!! Every single day I go home, my chick has this E shit on and DR Dick Heads and Kim this and Kendra that and Holly wada wada wada...

I have made a rule in the house, when I get home from work, NO E channel or I'm blocking the channel or asking Multichoice to remove it from my account. It is such brain dead stuff all about the life of someone else.... PATHETIC!

I also hate it. That together with all these idiotic soapies. Tried to ban them but that turned out to be a seriously wrong move. Now i just bare with it. At least she stops watching her crap when i sit down in front of the TV.
The PVR is 78% full of all this.

Mr_SA Cabaser lowers prolactin levels similar to Parlodel without the same diverse side effects.

Yep, in SA we only have Dostinex at 2x 0.5mg... those go for about R290 at a pharmacy and that is when you have a script.

Cabaser is the same, but 20x cheaper.

Those woman set a bad example to teenagers, because they became famous for being whores and strippers.

I'm not allowed to watch a movie where there's any nudity involved, but I am allowed to watch the late night editions of Dr. 90210... weird...

I do the same, set the timer on for an hour, it works though (well sometimes only, sometimes I end up watching nonsense instead)

I really don't understand why you guys just not just pop a sleeping tablet. Life is to short to lie awake and think about crap. I take Zolnox (Zolpidem tartrate). Admittedly I can't sleep without it but I really don't care as it doesn't seem to effect me negatively.

so you are addicted to sleeping tablets? lovely. Enjoy sorting the sleeping pattern after you come off. I had a mate who was just like that. Pop a dormicum if ur not tired or anxious or anything. Now he cant sleep without them as well. I actually think hes abusing them with alchocol mixture. Sleeping tabs = last resort. Id go for tranqulisiers rather if you gonna go prescription

I wouldn't call it an addiction, more of a dependency. I luckily don't drink so its one less thing to think about.

I found that Gaba works for me but only of like three nights then it doesn't work anymore.
