I found that Gaba works for me but only of like three nights then it doesn't work anymore.

Basic problem was same as most of you have now - getting in a routine of sleeping less an less and ending up with "Insomnia" You create a routine of sleeping too little and keeping yourself awake with crap - like watching TV or surfing the web.
The first thing would be to get your sleeping routine back in order and if you need to take a sleeping aid for a week then do it.
