maar ek is maar skrikerig dat ek nie daarsonder sal kan slaap nie, as ek dit te gereeld drink, so ek het dit maar helemal gelos.

ek ken iemand wat al vir 2 jaar elke aand 1 drink, hy se dat hy nooit sukkel om te slaap nie, en dat hy dit sal aanhou vir die res van sy lewe. ek self is maar te bang vir verslawing. wel somige ouens moet hart pile suiker pile ens drink vir die res van hulle lewe, so as jy regtig moerse "insomnia" het is dit seker fine.

I have the same problem .I have been taking animal pm and that seemed to help .

When I was still a student I had same problem - once went 78hours straight without sleep with some nasty after effects.

Basic problem was same as most of you have now - getting in a routine of sleeping less an less and ending up with "Insomnia" You create a routine of sleeping too little and keeping yourself awake with crap - like watching TV or surfing the web.

The first thing would be to get your sleeping routine back in order and if you need to take a sleeping aid for a week then do it.

Just my 2c ;)

Of course this does not cover the guys with medical issues!
