Whey is whey is whey in my opinion. Some companies just use better flavourants

Adding Bromelain to your Whey really helps with absorbtion.

Been using LION premium whey for quite a while now. Hands down them with 80g protein per 100g. They use glanbia which is exactly the same as ON and BSN but costs half the price because they are local. See that they are starting to make some waves now in the EFC as well.

How much for 5kgs.

Well I buy through their agents otherwise I order online but it takes 3 days to reach me so I prefer agents. Delivery for online buying is free though which one can appreciate on a tight budget . They will probably start selling in health shops as well just don't know when. Know Jannie Brooks that organized Blue Bulls and Springboks training sells in his gym but if you are not situated in Pretoria then that's not an option. But I can vouch for them. Will never use anything else again except if they start cutting on their quality like the other locals then I'm going back to ON. Till then LION all the whey

Very true but you pay for quality...and importtax . Glanbia is very expensive stuff though...but gooooooood.

sigh....when will ther be a game changer again... I want something better or more hardcore than whey.... like a super whey or sumthing. Not isolate...I like my concentrate...maybe later ill be on pro isolate...review is good in ME

Martial- where did you get the info on Glanbia? is it on ON's packaging or did you get it online? Would like to read it as well please.

Most WPC is 80 to 81% pure, which means 80 to 81grams for every 100g of powder you consume. Isolate is 90.

Glanbia owns both companies and provides their whey and milk ingredients. But you can see the difference in they whey as well. It's got a finer tcxture and mixes better with milk and water. Have tried to buy from them directly but they don't have people in South Africa and Glanbia only provides to multi million dollar companies it seems. Have to sign contracts and buy 100 tons of the stuff then ship it.

No it is directly.

I have an export company so I get away with allot of "Please give me your best price for import, or export and reselling"

But I still have to take allot of kg. But it doesn't matter- I really do have an offset for this in Malawi. So smiles all the whey

PS: I actually have samples of Glanbia already- didn't know that it was the same as ON's
