What should you be paying for a kilo of pure whey Isolate if I may ask you guys, coz whey prices seem so inconsistent in the shops these days???

And you complaining about paying R340 for pure whey isoalte protein, what do u expect to pay?

Go look on ragenutrition.co.za or chromesupplements.com or supplementworld.co.za,

some pure isolate goes for R229.00 for 500grams, thats R460 for a kilo.

or 909grams is sold for R349.00

Dont be fooled by high isolate, low concentrate mixes that sell cheaper.

R340 for 100% isolate is a decent price

Bud if u read the whole thread u will see Ondier's organizing whey iso for R 170 a kg, so yes R 340 for a kg is "whey" to much.

Sps is 500 for 1.5kgs of isolate

Sorry Ondier's is way cheaper, rather stick with my 10 kilo from him.
