haha i did that exact combo before Rowan.. Worked bloody well, did the same with VPX shItgun and ganic, best workout.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

I get given a lot of stuff to try out from suppliers at Evo - Jack3d, Shotgun, Muscle Marinade, Evox 3DT, Rocked etc etc and none of them for me have worked as well as Gaspari - Super Pump 250 :)

In fact most of Gaspari products are great, just a shame about the prices we get hammered with for them.

I feel that most other preworkout are just stimulants, but superpump somehow makes me more volumous and stronger. Combine it with the sizeOn and I bet you probable have the most effective legal stack there is. You can always add animal stack to that if you want to be hardcore.

That is awesome! :D Going to try it myself, I have been using oats pre-workout, I must say, have been getting some great pumps, but didn't think it was cause of the oats. What does the raisins contain exactly that make it so effective?

Had to dig through a couple of my FLEX magazines now after seeing you guys mentioning/asking about raisins and their efficiency, as I remembered reading about them.

In the July 2010 issue they said that:

"When scientists at San Diego State University fed trained cyclists the same amount of carbs from either raisins or a sports gel before exercising, those who ate the raisins had lower insulin levels and more fat in their bloodstreams - which is actually a very good thing. Despite being an anabolic hormone, insulin can blunt fat burning, so having lower insulin levels prior to training means that you'll have more available fat to burn and greater endurance, because the body will burn the fat in the bloodstream before turning to glycogen stores"

Also, when it comes to my own experience of muscle pumps from pwo's, I'd have to say one particular workout stood out for me, the first time I tried N.O. Blast from SPS (before it became N.O. Rage). I remember taking it in the car on my way to the gym, and when I wasn't too far from the gym I started getting this tingling feeling and becoming really restless. It was during the holidays so I was in Pretoria on a month contract at Planet Fitness, and as usual they would take ages trying to figure out how on earth this person's receipt worked (hence me not training at them anymore, the hassle is just not worth it). I actually became aggravated at the gate, although I didn't show it to the lady at the counter, but I felt like grabbing someone by the collar and telling them that I need to train NOW. It was the most insane energy rush I have ever gotten from a pwo, I was doing arms that day, supersetting bi's and tri's, and the pump was amazing, my sleeves sat so tight around my arms. It was the first time ever in the gym that people literally stared at me for my entire workout, I was just so focused, almost to the point where I got annoyed at the weights if they weren't heavy enough for me.

Other preworkouts have helped, currently using Jack3d, giving me great focus and drive, but when it comes to a pump, N.O. Blast really delivered. Used N.O. Rage as well, also gave me good results, but I was kinda disappointed, as I never got that same feeling again that I did from that first day on N.O. Blast.
