I don't really use pre-workouts anymore, only every now and then if I feel I need some energy from the stims.
I love that product... rich gaspari said that they do not use high dosages of stimulants nor geranium derivatives because of its vaso constrictive properties
I get given a lot of stuff to try out from suppliers at Evo - Jack3d, Shotgun, Muscle Marinade, Evox 3DT, Rocked etc etc and none of them for me have worked as well as Gaspari - Super Pump 250
In fact most of Gaspari products are great, just a shame about the prices we get hammered with for them.

Going to try it myself, I have been using oats pre-workout, I must say, have been getting some great pumps, but didn't think it was cause of the oats. What does the raisins contain exactly that make it so effective?Desertfoxza wrote: Yes just plain old Oats and Raisins
I read a post on the forum called Att: Koe007
And on that same day I read on BB.com what your body needs for a good pump, because I just did not get any notable pumps since Feb, About the Time I started to drop carbs after 13:00.
Now I eat my oats at 16:00 raisins @ 16:30 and hit the gym @ 17:00 great pump ever since.

"[ Q ] What are some of the ways a person can achieve a good pump?
One word: carbohydrates! Complex to be specific - baked, frozen French fries, baked potatoes, yams, brown rice, pasta, and whole grain bread work best. This is because carbohydrates are the body's number one fuel source, so when the body is almost swimming in carbohydrates, the pump comes........ "
