So guys just thought i would send an update of my progress this far... took pictures the other day and thought ill upload my measurements have ill out before then after
Arms: 48cm-45cn
Waist: 122cm-94cm
Chest:129cm-108cm
Weight:113.8kg -86.7kg as of today pic was taken last weekend.

Bro you miss understood me, what i meant was i am not going to give you lovies by sayin "yes hunny, that its possible"....

you have two options

1. Stay the monster size you are and cut down fat slowly

or

2. Approach the remaining weeks as pre comp prep and you will shred fat like crazy. Problem is you will sit with loose skin where your boep used to be.

Ok so slow option it is im so scared of hanging skin so do i adjust my diet to just maintenance for now or stay at a deficit or mabe do much less cardio.... i really want to do this the smart way and have the best overall result

Then take your time and sculpt your body. You look good anyway, 1000 times better than before. Give your skin a chance to adapt to the new size, it takes time and plenty of it.

Good morning everyone... just an update on stats:
Weight: 84 kg
Bf% 17.4
Diet: 7am-protein shake
8am- oats
10am- 2 eggs (scrambled or boiled)
1pm- lean meat (chicken, steak or mince)
2.30pm- half avo with feta
3.30- jungle oats energy bar (pre weight training)
6pm- lean meat and veg and boiled potato
Now the jungle oats bar and oats in the morning arent normally there im adding them in to get some extra carbs in my day...
Training: cardio is currently 5-6times a week 40min kettle bells and circuit training followed by 40-60min ski machine. Thinking of changing this to 3-4 days a week and 2omin circuit and kettlebell and then 20min ski machine and 15min cardio after weight training
Weight training 4 days a week.
Suppliments: fff, proteinshake and NO Explode.
Goal: 12% bf

Hi guys so i thought i would update this thread as it keeps me motivated... i am down to 84kg did exactly what oupa said kept it easy got my body used to its new size and gained abit more muscle so no hanging skin so far... i will post pics tonight as i want to start a new diet iv done banting and then just added abit more carbs in lately and ensured i met my protein requirements..
So stats at the moment are
166cm tall
84kg
Bf: estimated 15% just hoping its below 20% haha
24years old
Training 5years now
Weight loss 18consecutive months and 30kg lost so far
Goals: 78-80kg
Bf: between 8 and 10%
Now im thinking of starting a cycle but have never done any sort of aas before so any suggestions...... do u think a test only cycle or what please give suggestions guys
