WOW! That is quite some change, well done! Props to you.

As for the cycle, I am no expert although I think the experts around here would recommend you drop your BF % a bit more before cycling. Not much further to go! :D

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Impressive transformation so far PBO the begginer bulk cycle in sample section is normally a good place to start. Keep it up looking good.

Hi guys so im thinking of doing a winstrol and test cyp cycle
Stats are height 166cm
Weight 85kg
Bf 15%
Age 25

How does it sound to do:
test cyp week 1-10
Winstrol week 4-10
Proviron week 1-10
Clen throughout as well ???
Will be eating 1800calories

Clen & Yohimbine 6 weeks on 3 weeks off 6 weeks on. Run Winstrol & Proviron from week 10 up to 2 days before start of PCT.

Well done man really wow.

You are like me quite short for a guy. you are also still quite young, these are two things counting in your favour you should be able to build natural lean muscle quite easily just train all out on a propper split and keep the diet clean. Do not be too eager to jump on the aas.

Taking your history into account I would recommend to rather go for the beginner lean mass and strength cycle: Anavar and Proviron

Diet was
7.30am shake
10am 2 eggs
12.30 lean meat mostly chicken about 80grams
2.30 yoghurt or peanuts
4.30 pre workout oats
Suppers i ate what my mom made

Whats your views on the below diet while on cycle...
Maintenance is 2200 calories so i will be eating 2000 but still doing cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening..
Cardio 5.30 till 6.30
7.30amPost gym shake and oats
10amMorning 2 eggs fried
12.30Lunch 150grams of chicken and 50grams brown rice
2.30 oats
4.30 pre workout dextros
6.30-7 supper lean meat and mixed vedge

All depends what will your goal be with the cycle?
Remember it is not the AAS that are going to make you cut more or bulk up but the type of fpof you eat and the amount of calories. Calories are important and also the food sources they come from.

Thanks for the feedback man i want to get down my bf so i think im going to eat min calories like 1500 and of those have little carbs and let the aas make sure i dont loose muscle

Lots of carbs for your goals IMO. Also, I don't agree with preworkout dextrose.

Agree with Furk

If you want to drop BF drop your carbs. No need for 3 carb meals. Maybe give us an idea how many grams of oats you aim to use? I would go with 40grams of oats 2hours or so before work out that is 23grams of carbs and then the same to your post work out shake. On a cut the carbs pre and post work out falls in your anabolic window of opertunity and wil aid recovery as well as preserve muscle mass. The only time that carbs matter on a cut. On non lifting days one 40gram serving of oats thst is 23grams carbs is okay heck even leave out the carbs and focus on protein and good fat

Add Whey or any Protein powder you have to your morning oats.

If I track my cals and protein and I see I am behind I add egg whites to my pre work out meal some times even add egg whites to my post work out whey, creatine and oats shake just pop it in the mic for a minute or so do not consume raw eggs or raw egg whites they are less bio available and you stand a big chance of picking up Salmonella.

I plan my meals for the day the minute I wake up with a cup of strong unsweetened black coffee gets my mind working and make sure I hit all my protein and fat. I am cutting so carbs are minimal for me only around work out time post mostly.

Nothing wrong with oats for breakie your liver needs the glycogen from those carbs. Just better to place carbs pre and post work out.

Biggest problem im having is trying to hit 200grams of protein without making calories too high im on between 130 and 150grams now what do you guys suggest

200g sounds a bit high a 100kg guy would eat 200g protein when bulking.
