Hi guys, seeing that there is a lot of pet chat happening on the forum lately I'm starting this tread.

Here you can discuss issues concerning pets from pet care to animal abuse, be it a catfish in your bathtub to tiger in your backyard. You have bragging right so plz post up some pics of your prized pets.

I'm pretty sure even some of the biggest guys on the forum has the smallest hearts when it comes to animals.

the only place were 'success' comes before 'work' is in the dictionary

I have 2 Jack Russels. Refused to raise them with any ball tossing so they are quite mild for Jack Russels. They are also in charge of the household. The girl turned 7 today and there was a cake baked for her (she only had a little piece). Daddy had the rest

Everything is organised around them. I shudder to think what will happen when real kids come on the scene some day

I have 17 tarantulas, their size goes from 1cm to 16cm, my oldest is a 5year old curly hair who hopefully is pregnant.

Here the species I have

•Chilean rose - Grommastola rosea
•Curly hair - Brachypelma albopilosum
•Mex red rump - Brachypelma vagans
•Mex rose grey - Aphonpelma pollidum
•Bahia scarlet Bird eater - Lasiodora klugi
•Fire red Bird eater - Lasiodora difficilis
•Brazil red & white Bird eater - Nhandu chromatus
•Brazil giant blonde Bird eater - Nhandu tripepii
•Brazil red Bird eater - Nhandu carapoensis
•Orange banded Bird eater - Acanthoscurria juruenicola
And my latest addition is 5 Chaco golden knees(a present from a friend who recently bred his pair)

Not getting much time for them while I'm on cycle now with all the cooking and training, but atleast they are very low maintanance and don't need much attention at all

Huge collection there Waldu. I am shit scared of spiders so pls don't post pics :pinch:

a Friend of mine lives in France and they have like 17 hunting dogs and 5 truffle dogs at the Chateau. He showed me pics. They have permanent staff taking care of just the dogs. Its insane how passionate the French can become of a hobby. I'm hoping to check it out next week

This is one of our Pekingese tiesto! Never liked these kind of dogs but after my wife convinced me I doubt id get another breed again:p

tarantula's!! Ur one sick puppy! Sal myself dubbel en dwars bekak! Lmao

I have a JR x Sausage but he more JR. Cutest lil face and really tiny for his age (6months). Gets all the treats I can afford. Sleeps with me at night in my arm or under the blankets now that its cold. Also no ball toys so he not that hyper.

Admin, Kyle and Von please post more pictures of your snakes! they're all really beautiful. Admin if your snake has babies id like to take one off your hands please. I'd be willing to pay. im currently looking at building my own enclosure. not as nice as admins but when im done ill post up a few pics

You could stoke it like a cat if you want hahaa. When I say give attention I mean, feeding, cleaning enclosures. They don't need to be fed much at all and could go about 18 months without food, but then growth is stagnant. In the winter there is not much mould growing in enclosures so cleaning is minimal. Basicly just feeding every now and then and give them water quiet often. Really cool pets, you can't snuggle with them but you can freak people out.

Agreed on the boerboels, my parants have one but still see it as my dog as I was still living at home when we got her. Ill post up some pics of the boerboel and the spiders.

Hi Guys, Im looking to buy a breed of dog that is very rare in S.A. and I can only find one breeder but he is way far away from JHB for me to go view and dont trust the whole pay and we will ship story with all the scams out there.

Im looking for a dog called a ***DOGO ARGENTINO***, its a freaking awesome dog that is highly protective but very friendly in nature... Just by the way they eat rotweilers and pitbulls for breakfast... (LOL)

So does anyone by anychance know of any breeders that I can contact??? Google DOGO ARGENTINO and you will see if you dont know of it...

I'm done with the big dog thingy, had a very bad experience with my Rhodesian Ridgeback male. Had to freakin give both my pedigree Ridgebacks away....

We now have a Scottish Terrier. She's lovely with the kids, a wee bit over weight from everything the kids feed her. I have her fur cut in a Lion cut style, it's like having this little Lion running around, lol

Best thing is they don't shed one single hair!!!
