Nipples

Hi guys

Okay so I will just jump into it.

My nipples are really puffy and sensitive. I almost walk around with permanent nipple stands and I can't wear T-shirts anymore. The nipple "base" is not that large (but rather swollen and puffy) but the nipple itself is huge. It also seems as though they are growing bigger each month or so.

Is there anything can do or use?
Should I go see a doctor?

I am not using anything or ever have.
Only using supplements.

any other medication that you may be on bud? I developed a mild case of gyno once while using propecia to stop my Male pattern baldness.

Nope none. I drink vitamins and protein shakes. That is it.

Okay so I went to the doc and she gave me a lot of stuff to test, but to no avail. I read on the internet that this may be a hormone imbalance or an overload of estrogen. So I am wondering whether I should try "The pill". D0 you guys think it would work?.

The doc said we should start talking about a surgeon but I really want that as the last resort. She never took hormones into consideration.

If you are male and you take "the pill" you are going to get serious gyno. Contraceptive pills/injections are oestrogen/progesterone based so you are playing with fire and I would really like to know why you think it will help take gyno away?

If you're talking abot taking birth control pills, don't. They contain a powerful shot of oestrogen and will only exacerbate the situation

Ahh okay thought the pill blocks estrogen. Sjoe. Nah she could not find the reason.

Try another doctor for a second opinion then.

I have come to the conclusion that Letrozole possibly a way out of my problem. Do you guys think this will help? Can anyone shine some light on the subject?. I really can't take this anymore but I do not want surgery!.

Edit: I believe I have progesterone. I only have large nipple my pecs are rather well formed.

I dont think letro will help, maybe for a little while but when you stop the letro im sure it will return. You dont have high estrogen from being on cycle your body naturally produces more estrogen than the normal person, it might be a hormone imbalance or something along those lines.

Then I am out of options.

If i were you i would go to someone that deals with hormones, or just go for a second opinion at another doctor.
