Hey bud! Don't get down just yet. I think your best bet would be to go see a specialist that really knows his shit. In my experience with these complicated situations the quality of the doctor makes all the difference. If you would like (and if Admin allows it) I can give my doc a shout tomorrow and ask him for a reference for you to a specialist. I will send the info to Admin who can forward it to you if it is okay with him. I am sorry if it sounds self-absorbed but I am really just trying to help someone asking for help.

Hey bro! Had a chat with my doc today.. The good news is that he has seen his fair share of dude boobs before and he wants to have a look at yours. Should things go that far he has an experienced and very talented plastic surgeon in mind that uses lipo to remove the gyno. The bad news is that if the gyno has developed past a certain stage or point there is nothing he can do for you except surgery. The main concern with guy tits is that they have a tendency to turn cancerous so if you have a lump you will have to remove it. I am sorry for dropping the C-bomb like that I don't think there is ever a nice way to do it. On the bright side you are in the BEST hands and you will get the finest treatment. My family has known him for 30 years. You will be fine.

Go for a blood test to get all of your hormone levels checked. Especially E2 (estradiol). Id request a full hormone panel though. Your GP can give you a referral for this.

Are you taking any medications right now? Gyno is a side effect of many prescribed meds and most people have no idea.

You need to figure out what's causing the problem before you decide how to deal with it.

His gyno was not from gear, Im not sure what you should be running the letro at coz you already have gyno. Maybe oopump can help you out on that one.

Going to talk with Pyro's doc this vacation (busy with exams so can't right now)... I though gyno is bitch tits and I have rather well formed pecs its just the stupid nipples. They are kinda itchy as well.

I use no vitamin S and I'm on no medication. I use protein shakes and started using creatine like 2 weeks ago. My nipples have always been kind of large but recently it started bugging me a whole lot.

Judging from that pic, what you need is some more training in general and eating right. It's your overall physique that just has to catch up, not gonna have big arms overnight.

Doesn't look like gyno. Better to take a side angle photo after a hot shower when real gyno nipples would be really puffy.
