Gym Etiquette

I heard that the other day (a few months back), some laaitjie kakked in the Claremont VA jacuzzi next to the pool, which had got sucked into one of the pumps, churned and redistributed back into the water supply which is why they had to drain the entire jacuzzi and scrub its walls for a week.

Probably a BS story, but I'll never even think of going in there, ever.

That pisses me off too... When I use to train at N1 city there were these two guys that had a personal trainer and they would use machines and benches without towels, one day I had enough a laid a complaint against the personal trainer becos he should know better.

My gym is old school, very old school. If you don't adhere to any of the rules you do 50 push-ups right there.

As for Mondays, just do legs on Mondays. There are literally 4 guys at my gym that do legs on Mondays (LOL) and there's like 100 okes trying to bench and curl.

Generally though, to miss the crowds I try get to the gym before 4pm or earlier. I tried mornings and it was just too softcock for my liking. Personal opinion.

Regarding etiquette though, THE ULTIMATE F*CKING NO NO!!! Farting. I was busy squatting when I got a whiff of the siffest fkn rotten fart. I actually made a point of covering my face and saying out loud how fucked up that was. But obviously not a sole.....no eye contact.....

I once watched them and noticed that they stayed on the same machine for an hour and a half just taking it in turns to "pump it bru" and talk crap.

eventually I just went home,didnt have time to wait another hour for them to finish hogging.

the funniest thing... i found one of these tonight at gym, rugby jersey, short pants, and he lived on the bench and ez bar curls, with his rugby buddies and there kit, i took pics of it that i will upload haha, but tinypic or photobucket dont want to work right now, when it does ill add the pics in, haha its a sad world out there

The wiping down of equipment after your sweaty ass was on it and replacing the weights are the two that's most important to me. These are also the two that people don't do to test my patience. And then, to all people, have a kak at home before coming to gym. I nearly throw up everyday from having to piss next to where someone left the biggest stink known to man.

I remember seeing them working on the jacuzzi and was wondering why. Quite a few here that train that Claremont VA If your avatar is an indication of what you look like, then we probably train different times :lol:

I dont put the weights away purposly cause I feel the VA staff need to lift their fingers
and get it shape. They look like Pre Xmas Turkeys

Last night was my leg routine, there was a skinny teen doing arm curls in the squat rack. I felt like wrapping the heavy duty bar around his neck. The squat rack is MEANT FOR SQUATING, am I asking to much?????

My worst is personal trainers using 4 machines for a circut for 1 client...fucking kills me. Aswell as these clowns that "train" clients but live on their phones...dont watch what their clients are doing...kills mem

Haha that is so funny I agree with the guys walking around exposed. I am lucky I train at a small gym where there are no guys doing this well not often atleast haha

The gym I used to train at was rated one of the best gay hotspots in durban....apparently it wasn't very wise to go into the sauna on a Sunday after 3pm...don't know how true that is but yea..

I hear that the women's lockers are pretty bad as well. Big fat mamas blow drying their pubes n moisturizing their teets. Nasty...

This didn't happen to me but was still fucken halarious at 5:00am in this morning.
Was doing my cardio, VAstaff member slipped on the wet floor by the pool, fell flat on his back. The fall and standing up was like one move.
