to many people today believe in popping pills and what not to loose weight. Fatburners in conjunction with a good diet yes. If your diet is not in check you are wasting your time.

Erlank read up on a keto / atkins diet ....cardio and light weights for toning .
leave the drugs they will do nothing without the diet cardio and training anyway and sometimes drugs make u feel crappy.

DJ is the diet guru so try sucking up to him u will get some good advice.

A keto diet is a very difficult diet to follow you cant cheat at all, if you follow it correctly you will loose fat fast. Dj's diets have proven to bring maximum results time and time again, without a proper diet you are just wasting all your time and money.

No one puts DJ on a pedestal, everyone on here respects DJ and the knowledge that he has, we also respect his selflessness when it comes to helping people out by pointing them in the right direction.

They put him on a pedestal because he has given alot of people very good advice regarding diets. He has taken the time and effort to research dieting to apply it to people here on the forum so people like you and me can learn from it. If you stay here long enough and view some progress threads you will see the fruits of his work.

Like stated earlier, everyone on here is very direct, if you where looking for an emotional support group this forum might not be what you are looking for.

We are all here to learn. And this place has a few very informative members.

It will also help not being so sensitive to comments.
