You need to stop the winny for starters and then you need to try suck up to dj for a diet or just read through his stickies as advised and make your own diet, you can then post your diet here that you have made and we will help you with it where we can. Once you have been on a solid diet and cardio program for 4 weeks and you loosing weight then we can advise you further on what to do.
