just something id like to get your guys thoughts on. at the moment my right arm (bicep and tricep) looks freakishly smaller than the left.. is it because theres no glycogen in those muscles? my right side has been completely inactive since the accident.. or have i lost most of the mass in my one arm for good?

the loss of muscle movement makes you muscles shrink. i broke my right ancle long time ago. was off my leg for 12 weeks. when they took of the cast my right calf was half the size of my left calf.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

was back to about 90% size in 3 months or so. abot 6 months to 100%. i still took it very slow that first 3 months. did allot of stretching exercizes to get ancle in motion again. so maybe your forearm will go back faster to its original size.

hey bud.. well long story short, i fucked up my cycle.. It worked well, was hard as a mutha, but then work took over, crappy shifts together with crappy food,went on a GH cycle to help balance but that helped sweet fcuk-all.. so now i'm just trying to get back into the swing of things.. Need to do it asap as Ramadaan is not far off..
