so im having the k-wire removed next saturday. have to go back in theatre. just a question, maybe PP can help because he shared a similar experience. is it really necessary to go under anaesthetic to remove the k-wires from a closed reduction? i see all over youtube, many videos of guys having it removed whilst wide awake in doctors rooms

got back in the gym officially on tuesday. hand has been ok, still training in a little bit of pain, but thats nothing compared to what others had to suffer and endure to reach their goals, so i will be good

strength is way down, did chest and could only manage to do 25's on incline dumbbell press, i used to do double, 40's-46's. wrist is very weak, couldnt even do flat bench with a barbell so had to move to the chest press machine.

diet is sorted, calories are at maintenance for the time being. muscle memory please be my friend!!

going to start cycle as soon as i possibly can. changed my mind about cutting first and then doing some prop and npp. going to cycle at +- 20% BF, 1ml prop EOD with 80mg var for 8- 10 weeks. ill adjust calories according to what my body is telling me.

anyways just an update,

Just remember to try hold out as long as you can to allow your hand the best possible recovery, cause once the gear starts, the weights are going to climb, and u'll need a strong support system (wrists) to make the most out of the cycle .. nice one boet... give it some time, atleast 2weeks.. I know you wanna push the weights or atleast close to what you pushed before but you gonna get there quickly again.. just dont injure yourself ok...
