Just a small update.... I have been off now for 6 weeks. I can clearly notice that the body is not in its full anabolic state. Although I have lost to some gains but not much my strength is still up there BUT the stamina has gone for a ball of dung.
Still eating well and still trying to train as hard as possible.
I have noticed quite a few aches and pains now that I'm off the gear ie elbow, shoulders and groin area.
One question I do have is....does creatine by any chance weekend tendons?? I ask this because it's not muscle pains but tendon pains.

I do not think its creatine

Everytime i come off cycle i experience joint pain, mostly rotator cuffs, wrists and what feels like forearms and shin splints. All the increased strength whilst on gear and the ability to maintain 95% of that strenghth takes its toll on your joints. That is my theory.
Currently i am still suffering, the goood advise i got from MA was arthroguard, i also use an anti-inflamation about 1 hr before a workout as i can lift some insane weight but bones and joints are not happy with that.

PS just say hi to the skinny boy in the back of the first pic. :lol:

Yeah I am leaning strongly against your theory I must say. I mean it makes perfect sense.
Lol yeah I said good bye to him when I took my first step in the gym in January. I plan on getting as big as possible to do ....hopefully 2 or 3 shows and then going to live the healthy life and get a solid "natural look" if you get what I'm saying. Will never claim natty but would like to live a healthy lean life.

Nothing beats training hard and enjoying all the compliments that follow. I think that's the main thing that keeps me going 120%. Today was back and I must say it felt like I was back on gear with the amount of strength and intensity I had. It's all a mind game at the end of the day.
I definitely thank my parents for my genes. Lol

I only have 1 whey shake after training. I used to have it 4-5x a day but that was Biogen. Taking SSN now so o ly take it once. I also dropped it to one because of the protein intake.
That 1.5kgs is split into 7 meals from 6 am - 10/11 at night.
Carbs are 100g cooked basmati rice per meal. 2 egg whites a meal and 250g broccoli a day.

Is this to much? If so why?

All that chicken would make me :sick: lol. Ye that's high but not to high. I was just thinking if your having steak,mince,fish and other forms of protein ontop of that then it must be through the roof.
Never the less I'm glad we don't share a car(you must stink :lol: I think we should try and vary our proteins to get a full amino acid profile but having said that I no guys who've grown huge and will only eat chicken.

Just don't forget your fats that might be why your feeling pains everywhere at the moment, make sure you getting a decent amount of oils,nuts avos and the likes in.

Lol my avo tree is PACKED. Yeah I take cod liver oil soft gels as well as flaxseed oil soft gels and my multi vits. I also take slow mag and calcium tabs for good measure.
I think the eating of the same meals day in and day out is more of a mental thing. I enjoy eating whether it bland or spiced. Lol
Monday to Friday is strict eating and sat and sun day I drop half my chicken and add my red meats in. Sunday I have one good cheat meal which is normally a Currie. Hahahaha

Out for atleast 3 weeks FML. Lost concentration picking the 50kg dumbells for incline bench and the left wrist didn't like it and really did some damage.
So bleek right now.
Maybe someone can help with what I have done......I can't by any means pick a weight up with my left hand but I can still press with it.
Any takers on what's up?

Change routine which forces you to lift less, drop set, super sets, t.u.t
Your body does not know if you are bb curling 50 or 60kg bro, it only knows its torn and needs to repair - hence another layer of repair slash muscle growth

Battled to sleep.
Had infra red lamp on it last night and now this AM.
Had it strapped with voltaren gel on. Gonna go through the mess cupboard now to check for myprodol.
Thanks will do hot and cold in a bit.
I think it's a little more serious cause I can't turn my wrist into the arm curl position. Hurts like no pain I have ever felt. No bruising though.

So after a week break I got back to training and did my personal best for flat bench.
Press movement seem to be fine but really battling with pulling motions when turning the wrist so that the hand faces up.
Can barely do a 10kg dumbell bicep curl but it is getting better.
It's weird because I can do hammer curls fine.
Will be posting some pics pretty soon, hopefully early next week.
