It's not really the movement back and forward. It's more a twisting problem so I think it's the tendon but I will defo give it a try.
Thanks bud.

Hey guys I need some help please......well I think it's more of a ......is this normal??!!
So I'm at the time off stage as PCT finished about a month or more ago. I weighed myself this AM and im the heaviest that I have ever been. 101kgs.
I know this weekend I ate a lot but during PCT I came down to 96kgs and now a month over I am up to 101. Is this normal?
I mean I'm looking bigger.
I am not complaining but how can this be?

I am eating slightly more because I upped my protein during PCT so I wouldn't lose to much and I have been training like a animal even with the odd injury here and there.

Hey T-Style,

This proves that if you train like a machine and eat properly like you have been, the boundaries move my bro.
Enjoy it. Your hard work during cycle, during a proper PCT and post cycle is clearly paying off.
A lot of the guys on here, including myself, can learn a lot from this.
Keep going mate!

Regards,

Nate

You won't be picking up muscle at the moment Bud as your Test levels will be really low for another month or so.
Keep you eyes on your cals you don't want to pick up to much BF

Ok great that makes sense. Thanks Rhino.
Do you suggest I eat at a slight deficit?

I wouldn't go as far as a deficit but to be picking up basically a kg a week your cals must be to high, just drop them back until you weight stabilizes for now.
I'd give it at least 2 to 3 months post PCT until you cut by then your own Test levels should have stabilized and you'll find it easier to hang onto your gains.

Some of that is water gain but definately some fat gain with it. One cannot keep eating like you were on cycle it will gaurentee fat gain. Simply lower the calories. Protein intake only helps up to a point and anything after that just puts strain on the credit cards.
Stick with Recommended Protein Intake Off-cycle = 3xBodyweight(kg)

So I have decided to take a month off training to give the body a break from a brutal 6 month training regime.
It's been 2 and a half weeks off and I am really missing it but the injury list is longer than I need it to be so the break can only do good I guess.

Still eating good and with the water loss etc I am looking better defined, not so anabolic but you guys get what I am saying.
Anyways just thought I would give a small update.
Ciao

I feel your pain Bud, I've never had as many injuries as I have over the last couple of months. Between my trapped nerve and now my knee feels fucked and the sad thing is it went walking around the bloody Zoo  not on the squat rack.
I'm taking a week off to try and mend, I can't even explain it I'm choosing higher reps and form over weight.

Good luck Bud
