Hey guys it's like 11:53 pm nd I'm getting terrible anxiety attacksy friends say it's depression and me being a lil bitch about it but I'm trying like no one believes me how much I'm trying to get over her and just move on but I dnt knw wtf to do I stopped msging her deleted all pics ect nd she hasn't spoken to me either recently

A word of advice.. think about what you thinking abut.. if you think good things only you will miss her.. she is out your life, so start training your brain about the things you where not happy with and how you deserve someone who cares the same way.. Go look back an an earlier post admin made about things coming naturally .

I'd also recommend getting out there and meeting other chicks. This will help the neural rewiring thats going on right now.

All advice given on this topic is great, but the biggest thing you must try and avoid is being alone! Thats the killer right there bud!
Go out and spend some cash on yourself, if it be some clothes, some decents smelling perfume or even anoter cycle perhaps and get out to the world man, go see some pretty woman at a club and keep your mind constantly busy! It works ive been there and it helps! But alow yourself to cry and brake down and hate the world thats all part of the process but do what i mentioned above!

So sorry for not telling u guys what's up haha hmm I saw her on Saturday nd she was dancing with another guy ect at a club nd I looked at her and felt nothing to be honest like not jealousy or hurt just like blankness if that makes sense I am honestly over her now and stats at gym are back I'm sitting at 95kgs at 14% bf did a test this morning...my appetite still reminds explosive but atleast now I'm gaining a lil weight

Don't get me started on stress, depression, ungrateful cheating women and breakups all rolled in to one. That stress got me a few days in icu and an angiogram. After I got over things I was suddenly healthy and all probs faded. Not even on BP meds anymore. Stress is a killer and people dont realise how it can affect general health. My venting session done lol
