Supper last night was 200g pork chop and baby marrows green beans and mushrooms
Meal one today was 4 whole eggs and half an avocado
Meal two today was pork chop with veggies again
Meal three is beef protein SciTech shake with tablespoon peanut butter
Meal four will be chicken breasts 200g plus veggies again
Meal five before bed beef protein shake again

No problem with Keto on cycle. It's more like cycle on keto. ;) I would drop the protein shakes as you don't need more protein. Not sure why you feel bad it could be absolutely anything. It could be that you are training too intensely? When was your last week off from training? Are you stressed more than Usual? Are you sensitive to change of seasons? Sleeping well? Changes or problems with medication? Besides finding the root cause you can also take St. John's Wort to boost your mood. Get some 5-HTP and take when you feel down.

Haven't had more than one rest day per week for months always do some form of training be it weights or SS cardio rest days are still active even if a slow walk with the dogs for 30 mins
No changes with meds still the same psych meds as before
Does the food I'm eating look okay
Currently I'm running test e tren e and masteron e all at 300mg per week
Taking the usual liver support and nephrosolid for kidneys
Salmon oil and 4 litres water per day to flush kidneys
Had an insane pump on biceps and calves this morning
Doing 5 exercises per body part 5 sets each in pyramid style start light with 20 reps then increase weight per set and decrease reps to 15 12 10 8
Superset exercises and 1 Min rest between sets to keep intensity levels up and get the heart rate up
Workout normally takes about an hour
Thanks for all the advice pyroclasm really appreciated.

personally i would add carbs into your diet if you are on a cycle, there is nothing stopping you still getting ripped with having a moderate amount of carbohydrates. it will actually help with muscle growth due to added calories as well as added energy sources to help you drive training.

the biggest thing on cycle right now would be the increasing muscle mass vs preserving muscle mass, if you can add muscle whilst on cycle, you will only aid in your metabolic rate as well as burning fat long term.

alot of the clients i deal with personally, really dont understand that on a dieting phase, you dont always have to keep carbs to low to 0, you can still happily add in carbs and still get leaner, maybe start with a low amount, 40g post work out and 40g pre work out and as the weeks go on add in another 10-20g aslong as you are still getting leaner.

this will also help you when you are coming out of a dieting phase to not suddenly rebound when you do suddenly add in carbs again. adding in 160 calories might actually help you with your metabolic rate.

also be wary of things like pork chops as you can never really accurately know the amount of fat that is in the chop, so this could really throw your caloric intake out massively day to day. just my opinion personally :)

Gladly. :) Food looks fine yeah just vary the types of proteins and fats to get the full nutrient spectrum. Leave the salmon oil as keto has all the fats built in. The ratio of omega oil is vital, so an overload of one type of omega causes problems. My advice is to take off a whole week to restore your CNS to prime condition and lower cortisol. Also supersets/giant sets/NOS or other heavy intense training is not necessary on Keto and might cause a spike in cortisol which makes you feel kak. So for a week cut out anything that makes you sweat and take a chill pill. Also Tren is renowned to make you feel like a dog so don't rule it out. Let's assess after a week.

Give Keto a fair chance before jumping ship. Describe the mood swings. Are they out of the blue or can you feel them coming? Give some details.

Out of the blue can suddenly just snap and get angry fine to use it for gym session but impacting on my better half and daughter seem to be in a bad mood most of the time the last five days or so
Psych meds are the same and sleep is interrupted about 3 times a night even with stillnox.
Did a deload the last week and only went heavy again from this mornings workout

It sounds like your moods are caused by stress, or a sleeping problem. It also sounds like you picked up a bug, especially flu. I would go for a checkup if I were you.

My loose skin gets me down sometimes but can't have everything
Would like to do a show masters over 40 maybe in another year just for the experience and to serve as further motivation

Don't get discouraged by the loose skin, it's a bitter reminder of what your body was. But more importantly, it's evidence of how far you've come.
Side note, I know GH (and the autophagy process) does help with healing scars and loose skin. Does anyone knoe if it will it help in Tmuscle's case?

Don't be so focused on the loose skin that you forget how it got there. You come from humble origins, massively overweight and little energy or motivation. But you decided to change and you persevered where 99% of people give up! You are a warrior and sometimes when you win battles you get scars. I envy your 'scar' because it shows what a total badass you are!
