Currently I'm running test e tren e and masteron e all at 300mg per week
Taking the usual liver support and nephrosolid for kidneys
Salmon oil and 4 litres water per day to flush kidneys
Had an insane pump on biceps and calves this morning
Doing 5 exercises per body part 5 sets each in pyramid style start light with 20 reps then increase weight per set and decrease reps to 15 12 10 8
Superset exercises and 1 Min rest between sets to keep intensity levels up and get the heart rate up
Workout normally takes about an hour
