One way of helping with elasticity of the skin is gelatine, I know it has been around for a while as a use for tightening loose skin.

I think the way that GH has been seen to help with loose skin is due to making the body fat levels behind the skin lower. The thinner the skin the tighter it will appear. Keep going and the skin will get better and tighter.

I am happy with the progress from 44 inch waist to 30 inch and 127kgs to 73kgs as of this mornings weigh in
I want more

Arms looks good, shoulders also looking good. Focus on widening & thickening the width of you back/lats, and work on building your chest bigger. You will see how the wide back can reduce the loose skin.

Well done man, really your upper last have improved significantly since you started. The delts and biceps also look way better. The loose skin on your waist looks way better also.

How is the skin on the pecs looking? Tighter?

Thanks rooibul everything has tightened up nicely
Have gone from 73kgs to 80kgs in the 10 weeks not sure what the BF%is now but happy with progress.
