how bout stay off gear for atleast a year or more or even forever?. I dont know what age you are but im guessing with all these issues you are having you must be close to 40.i been reading your posts for sometime now and every once in a while you are having some health problems Why not just go with hgh/slin + mega clean diet if you can afford it. Maybe its time to stay off gear before u need to get some new niples

I'm not surprised on those doses.

Maybe once you've got the gyno under control and its stabilized, you should try run a cycle of tren and masteron only and see if there is any change in the gyno-that way you can eliminate progesterone and prolactin as the cause if it doesn't seem to change.
If it is due to estrogen you'll have to avoid any aromatizing compounds completely.

Hi Guys
I am new to the forum, jeez there is plenty, great info to be found here. I wish i found it years ago.
I have been looking for advice about and gynaecomastia and the removal thereof, i thought if guys are willing to give I would probably find the best advice here. It’s amazing how some guys can take any combos of test and never have any problems where others can have the slightest raise in test levels and things start happening, like me.
I trained and dieted pretty seriously about 10 years back, i am now 32 years old, i tried to stay away from strong tests and mainly used Androgens like anavar and primo because i realised i was gyno sensitive and was under the impression that this would have less of an effect. To be honest at one stage i tried pro hormones the “natural” stuff that had oestrogen blockers also thinking this would have a less of an effect but it seemed to have had the worst effect.
I always did my PCT and sort of had the gyno under control with letro , nolva and there was something else i think it was clomid or something like that i also enjoyed proviron, but it was always there but not too bad.
I started training again on and off for about 2 years now and the last 6 months getting into it properly in terms of dieting and programme and only supplementing with protein and glutamine, nothing else and its back and worse than ever, so for me it’s not only gear that activates it, its training and nutrition, seems as if anything pushes up my test it gets worse, freeking terrible.
It seems my only option now is to operate, i need to get rid of these things, psychologically its getting to me now. Putting me off gym, putting me off holidays at the beach, it’s just sh1t and this is where i am in need of some sound advice as i have found it difficult to contact the right people.
I have spoken to some “brus” at the gym, but the info seems to be a bit of thumb suck and none can actually tell me who i should contact. I understand there are better surgeons than others in terms of cost and specialising in this specific problem, as i have heard of guys that are unhappy with their op and the cost is just too much to be unhappy. I have heard it’s about 20K, i did find a doctor online but they have responded to me saying it’s between 35k and 45k, even though it looks as though this doctor is good as there is some good info on his site, i just can’t afford that. I have heard via talk that once you have the op it can never come back as they remove the glands or something, but now i have read that guys have gone for multiple ops, which means it did return. That’s a lot of money just for a temporary solution.
Anyway guys, that’s my story and i need to make a plan as soon as possible, as I’m getting pretty desperate now. I would really appreciate it if someone could guide me in the right direction in terms of which doctor i can contact that will do a decent job and not rip my pockets off and maybe explain to me if the gyno can possibly return after the op as i am getting to that stage where i feel i need a bit more than proteins, but i am very scared of gynaecomastia.
Thank you.

Your entire pec is a gland, hence the reason they can take your nipple off and put it back on and you can still lactate... I have had 2 surgeries and going for a 3rd in December so I can recover during December holidays as just to busy at work at the moment..

You going to pay around 35k for a plastic surgeon to work on you and try remove everything and rebuild the chest with lypo (prevent that indent you will get) I personally work with 2 surgeons, one general to take our the stuff and a plastic to make sure my chest looks proper afterwards, its very expensive going this route..

The other option is liquid lypo which is much cheaper, but isn't very effect with lumps..

I can give you the number privately who I use you can get away with just using the general surgeon who did my first op, he is brilliant the only expense is the hospital he will charge around 4-6k but the hospital charges per minute in theatre.. I believe the process will be around 30 min to 45 min, you can phone sandton medi clinic where you will need to do the op if you use my guy and ask the price per minute and work out the sums for that.. Or I can give you the number for the plastic surgeon my fiance used for her boobs who did most of the teazers girls, etc.. You will be in a private clinic, he will charge around 30k.

It is an expensive operation but well worth it, however due to my sensativity with estrogen I will always suffer gyno.. Hence the reason I only use primo now as even anavar effects me

Thank you very much for the quick reply and good advice, this is the first bit of decent guidance i have received so far. I would really appreciate it if you could give supply me with the contacts, how do i get them privately from you? The only thing that bugs me is the fact that the gyno can return as i have said mine flares without taking gear.
Thanks 00Pump

I wouldn't see how without gear, and if that is the case then you need to be checked by a doc and medically treated.. it may get agrovated, aka, touching your nipples which would make it worse, or just because you have gyno, coffe, etc might make it look worse too..

Unless you taking another medication, maybe blood pressure pills that has a diuretic in them, or some other medication that flares up gyno?

Yeah i also found it strange, so i did go for blood tests and the doctor said everything seems to be normal. I laid off training, dieting and supplementing for a while and it seemed fine. Then when i started training, dieting and supplementing it seemed to flare again, very frustrating. Its hectic that you have to go for your 3rd op, i think i have been told by three different people that after the op it can’t return, but you are speaking from experience where these guys were just speaking. Thanks for the info 00Pump, I do appreciate it. It seems most guys that really know about this stuff aren’t that willing to share.

No i am not on any other meds, so cant be that, but if you say coffee could make it worse that might be my problem, i love my espressos in the morning, i probably drink about 4 or 5 before work

I'll send the numbers to admin... The plastic surgeon was only needed because I had a full mastectomy (the entire breast was removed) I did this the second time because as like most of you I believed that you can have a surgery and it never returns which I soon realised was a lie.. All he did was 'rebuild' the chest so I never had this big indent..

However the first operation I went under would have been perfect however i'm just extremely sensitive and thats all there is to it, no amount of Letro or any other AI or SERM will prevent me from getting gyno on a hard cycle.

Sweet

Thanks 00Pump Thanks Admin. maybe you should mention to your surgeon that you are sending patients his way and he should give you a discount on your next surgery.

00pump, you seem to always give good advice and seem to be quite knowlegable on the subject of AAS.
However you body is telling you something, you need to listen and listen to your own advice. Your body is saying STOP AND LISTEN TO ME, before it is to late.
No disrespect bro, but from what I read here you are doing more harm than good!!!

Said with respect!
