I'm now halfway through week 4. Starting to notice a slight strength increase as well as endurance. weight is now 84.4 and bf has gone up to 18.4 (according to v.a. machine). Probably because I've been eating really crappy for the past week and a half.
I'm not gona lie, its been really hard eating properly with this new job. I barely get time to eat.

Hey bud good going, looks like you will yield some good gains. On a more serious note, make your meals on a Sunday, when you have the time. Even if you have to freeze and defrost the night before for the next day. Prepare for the entire week. If i don't do this, I'd defenitely be in the same boat but you have to be disciplined bud, otherwise that bf is going to get out of hand. You want the best from this cycle, you'll do what is required.
Keep it up bud and keep us posted
All the best

my weight remains stable at 85.2, bf went to 19%.
my strength is improving though, especially on hams so no complaints there.
measured my blood pressure in the week and it spiked from my normal 120/68 to 150/75. I got some diuretics from my lady so will add some of these and see how it goes. might also add 2 or 3 morning cardio sessions and see if it helps.
calories I'm going increase by 200-300 mostly protein though.
let's see how this goes
