Thanks pump. Will definitely start killing them next. hopefully the bum doesn't grow too much (again)

I'm not going to lie, training has been fairly boring without my squats and leg press.

Ok starting week 7.

My crappy eating last week is showing. Weighing 85.6 kilo's. bf has decreased a little to 18.4 though.

Blood pressure is also slowly reaching normal levels again.

Pics will be taken at the end of this week

PS: work on ur rear delts, looking at ur back picture if u can grow ur rear delts it will make ur back look even wider :)

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Hey guys

So I'm thinking of adding some winstrol and clen during my waiting period before starting pct.

My question is should I then eat maintenance calories and bang cardio, or should I have a small deficit (200-300 cal) with cardio 2-3 times a week. Fasted of coarse

So I'm in week 8.

Nipples were getting a little sensitive so added a little letro. Seems to be helping though, so will try to decrease.

Strength gains have been good, added 10-30 kilo's on my larger group's movements. I am a bit weaker since the letro addition though.

weight is 85.4 kilo's and bf is 18.3. Looking a bit drier too.

pretty happy with the results so far. pics will be uploaded tomo.

Can't wait to see how much I can gain in these last 4 weeks

so I just got back from my quads session. only just managed keeping my oats down.

the lifts were pretty pathetic, lol. that's going to be much different next week though.

think I forgot how intense these sessions can get, especially since only doing hams for a while now

Week 9:

Weight increased to 87 kilo's despite adding letro. bf at 18.1% now.

Strength gains remain relatively unchanged. Maybe just 1 or 2 extra reps.

Still happy with the progress.

strangest thing is that my libido hasn't changed 1 bit. guess I'm missing out on the side effect I was looking forward to. lol
